Cute 1800s stone cottage newly reconfigured and renovated. Beautiful Fowey outskirts, near sea and village. Country and Coast on the doorstep.

One bus stop ride or 20 mins walk to the beautiful vibrant estuary town of Fowey and Readymonery beach. Taxis are also an option and very reasonable.

There is a beautiful garden with patio, seating, loungers, gas or charcoal BBQ,
The garden gets the sun for most of the day into the early evening.

Located in the countryside surrounding Fowey, yet very close to many of the beautiful Cornwall beaches.
If you don't want to drive, take a bus to Fowey, Looe, Charlestown, Mevagissey, St Austell or beyond.

It’s the perfect location for golf, walking, cycling, sailing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.
Complete with tv, wifi, central heating, a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 people, and all modern accessories.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hob, oven, etc

The cottage comprises of a newly renovated fitted kitchen, rear entrance and storage leads to a Utility plus there is a separate garage utility room storing garden furniture and BBQ.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom, single with bunkbeds, open wooden staircase, shower room with sink and wc
The downstairs utility also accommodates a second wc and sink .
You will find books galore, games and maps at the property.
A welcome pack is provided for stays of 1 week or more.
