Welcome to your home away from home. It is uniquely built to suit the needs of your family and have fun while you are at it. This new build has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open floor plan with a spacious living room. It sleeps up to 12 people. Our main attraction is our lovely pickleball court located in the backyard along with an outdoor living space. Whether you are here on vacation or for business there are many sites to see. It is located near Starbucks, Walmart, Panda express, and much more.

Our stay at this VRBO was truly exceptional! The location was quiet and we felt safe during our stay. The space itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making it comfortable and inviting. We loved the pickle ball court, bookcase, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants!! We would absolutely recommend this VRBO!!

Lovely Home

I live in Las Cruces and needed a home for out of state family visiting for a celebration of life. This home was perfect; plenty of sleeping beds and the outdoor area is a great extension of common living area. Quiet neighborhood, easy access and proximity to stores, sites and the hosts were very responsive. My guests also appreciated the pickle ball court, my 76 year old uncle even brought his own paddle! As a long term resident of Las Cruces I would highly recommend this home to visitors.

Spring Break

My husband and I met up with our daughter, son in law and two grandsons who live in Gallup, NM for their Spring Break. The house is in a new neighborhood. It was perfect for our family’s needs. Close (walking distance) to neighborhood park. The backyard has a very nice covered seating area along with a small pickleball court. We enjoyed bouncing the pickleball around. We enjoyed the seating area when weather cooperated. Was a windy and cool week. The sliding door to the backyard malfunctioned and we were not able to open it most of the week. We were able to access the backyard through a side yard gate. The hosts were very attentive about this and the door was eventually fixed. The hosts checked in frequently via the VRBO chat to make sure all was well and to answer any questions. The house is well stocked with dishes and appliances. Also well stocked with cooking utensils. Coffee and toilet paper were complimentary which is a plus from most VRBO rentals. We did give the floor in the common living areas an extra cleaning. Overall 5 star rating.
