Located in the upscale Sonoma Ranch Country Club community, located only 300 yards from the Club house and Sunset Grill! This home has amazing Mountain View’s with a large 6 person hot tub as well as an 85 inch TV with a Bose system for movie nights! Also available is a 2 car garage with Tesla charger! Minutes away from shopping, NMSU and hospitals!

Quite, clean, peaceful space located centrally to shopping medical facilities and golf!

HOUSE RULES
We politely ask that there are no parties at this property. No more than 6 guests are to sleep on the property, no smoking, no loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 7 am. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in a $500 fee. Thank you for complying with our rules.

Feel free to use the driveway or garage for parking. You are also able to use the grill whenever you would like. Please clean up after each use!

Pets are welcome however, please be mindful of messes and furniture. We do charge a small pet fee of $25 per stay regardless of how many pets you bring with you! You will be responsible for anything your pet damages or destroys!

In event that anything breaks or is not working correctly, feel free to contact us and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.

Please contact us in the event that any damages take place so we can work out an equitable solution to the issue. If we do notice that there are any unreported damages or theft, you will be billed accordingly through Airbnb.

There is a Ring doorbell camera located next to the front door as well as a security camera in the backyard. We want to assure you that these will not be monitored actively, and the cameras are put in place to keep you and us protected.



HOT TUB RULES
We ask that after 10 pm music is not played outside and there is as little noise as possible. Pool towels are provided and located in the hallway closet.

There is no glass allowed in the hot tub! If the hot tub is left in poor condition or if there is any trash, glass, or other debris left behind you will be charged a minimum of a $300 fee.

We stayed in Las Cruces as a “home base” for exploring White Sands and surrounding mountain trails. It was the perfect neighborhood for a quiet two night stay. My 3 kids were comfortable and loved the hot tub and giant tv. The kitchen has what we needed for basic meals. I appreciated the laundry machines and how clean everything was. The decor is also very tasteful and cool!

Awesome home! Awesome location!

What a fabulous vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and the location was great. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The Tesla charger in the garage was the cherry on top. The only thing missing was the garage door opener. I did get good at closing the garage door and running through the house to lock it up. Haha. I’d definitely stay here again!
