Designed with care for both style and functionality, this condominium presents an ideal lakeside retreat, perfect for a romantic escape or quality time with your family. Featuring a rainfall shower, king bed & views of Mt. Cheam out the living room window. Enjoy easy access to both the Lagoon and Lake just a short walk across the street.
We are committed to be as available as needed, for your comfort at the property as well as to guide you towards amenities and highlights in Harrison.

Located in beautiful Harrison Hot Springs, you will be perfectly situated to enjoy all that the surrounding region has to offer such as:
1. Rendall Park - 1 min walk: Directly across from the building, featuring sand, grass, picnic areas with BBQ pits, and access to Harrison Lake.
2. Harrison Lagoon - 1 min walk: Just across the street, offering a sandy beach and picnic areas.
3. Restaurants - 5 min walk: Enjoy dining options like Milo’s Greek Restaurant, Muddy Water’s Cafe, Basecamp Burger Joint, Village Pizzeria, The Copper Room, Black Forest Steak & Schnitzel, and various ice cream shops.

This bright, south-facing penthouse condo sits on the top floor of one of the newest buildings in Harrison Hot Springs, offering modern comfort paired with beautiful mountain views of Mt. Cheam.

The fully equipped kitchen is sleek and modern, featuring new stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept layout allows natural light to pour in while you cook, with Mt. Cheam as your backdrop.
Living Room
Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the living room features large windows showcasing the surrounding mountains. A SMART TV is mounted above the fireplace and paired with high-speed internet, making it easy to stream your favorite shows (note: cable is not provided). The sofa conveniently converts into a small double pull-out bed, ideal for two children or one additional guest.
Primary Bedroom
The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable new king bed, crisp linens, and a calming, hotel-style feel. Sliding doors provide direct access to the patio, allowing you to wake up to fresh air and mountain views.
Den (Second Sleeping Area)
The den functions as a second sleeping area, furnished with a double bed. This space is best suited for two children or one adult.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom can be accessed both from the primary bedroom and the main living area. It features a luxurious rainfall shower and clean, contemporary finishes throughout.
Outdoor Space
Step outside onto the private patio, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. Outfitted with outdoor furniture, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the mountain scenery.
Additional Features
Guests have access to heating and air conditioning throughout, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The condo’s location offers easy walking access to Harrison Lagoon and Harrison Lake, putting beaches, walking paths, and outdoor activities just steps away.
This space is ideal for couples, a family with up to three children, or up to four adults who are comfortable sharing a cozy, thoughtfully designed space.
There is one assigned underground parking stall. Max height for vehicles is 6'10". Additional free parking is available across the street from the building.
Oasis at Harrison Lake is Harrison Hot Springs newest, short-term rental building in the Village. Please keep in mind that at Harrison all lakefront condos are across the street from the water. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.
Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
