The main Master Bedroom offers a spacious room decorated with neutral soft furnishings and complementing shell wall art. Featuring a stunning King Size Bed, nightstands with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and double chest of draws with wall mounted 42' flat screen TV. The ensuite showroom, offers a walk in double shower with his and hers vanity, with large mirror and decadent lighting above.

The 2nd Master Bedroom is dressed with warm natural soft furnishing, with king size bed, nightstands with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and double chest with wall hung 42' TV. Palm wall art and accents complete this relaxing room. The ensuite bathroom offers guests a large single sink vanity and double walk in shower, with beach themed accents.

Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and is decorated in warm metallic tones, contrasting the stunning iron work bed. A night stand with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and wall mounted 42' TV complete the room.

Bedroom 4 is a bright and fun Toy Story themed twin room - perfect for younger children and offers a wall hung 32' TV, animation wall art, night stand with lamp lighting, ceiling fan and view over the pool to the rear of the home.

Bedroom 5 is a pretty Princess themed twin room - again wonderful for little ones and capturing their imagination! Ornate ivory wood furnishings dress the room along with a wall hung 32' TV, ceiling fan, and night stand with lamp lighting.

The games area features a lounging zone with flat screen 42' TV, gaming rockers with Wii console, air hockey and table foosball. This is a perfect family spot for some noisy and competitive gaming before and after dinner!

A highlight of the home, is the south facing pool styled in a contemporary design with raised in ground spa and large sun deck all with a view of the conservation woodland behind. A superb spot for a swim with the children or relax in the spa. Under the large covered lanai guests can enjoy waterside alfresco dining. Stayed 8 years ago which is why we went back. Now very tired and is in need of updating. After we left we have been accused of breaking an old flower arrangement that sits on a glass bottom which we did not do. Very disappointed!

My Calabria Stay

The master bedrooms lights were out in the closet and in room itself. The fan in the master room couldn't be cut off as they removed the remote that controlled it. The pool which I paid to be heated was not at all heated and it was spider webs everywhere not to mention the pool wasn't clean it had bugs all inside it. Not much of a dream vacation. I know from now on I won't be staying at places like this as I joined a travel club and will be getting better prices and service. Oh and the bed had a read stain on the cover. Which I should have mentioned but it wasn't that big of a deal to me.

Stromboli Court Vacation

Beautiful home and pool with absolutely everything we needed provided. Lovely quiet neighbourhood but only a short drive from all the amenities. We absolutely loved our stay here and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful answering all our daft questions before we went. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Orlando.

Casa muyyyy bonitaaaa!

Esta casa esta cituada en un vencindario muy tranquilo y muy bonito, en cuanto llegamos pusimos el codigo de la puerta pero olvidamos el codigo para apagar la alarma...nos volvimos locos cuando no podíamos apagarla, asi q sugiero lleven todo listo en sus manos, una vez adentro la casa muy muy limpia, muy ordenada, la cantidad de recamaras y baños y camas fue excelente para nosotros...calida como si fuera mi hogar, las puertas q dirijen a la piscina también tienen alarma, no se vayan asustar como nosotros...la cama de la recamara principal no buena...el colchon nesecita ser remplazado, la casa esta cerca de las tiendas principales, cerca de los parques tematicos...la sala de juegos nos encanto, si volveriamos a esta casa otra vez definitivamente, la atención del propietario muy rapida y muy amable!

Great place with some caveats.

The hosts were immediately responsive to all questions. Precise, non-judgemental answers to our annoying requests like, "We need more towels!" which were plentiful in a linen closet we'd overlooked. Other than a few very minor issues, the house was quite clean. Warning: if you DO NOT have small children, be aware that you must push an alarm button each time you open the heavy sliding door to the pool, in each direction. You cannot leave the door open for more than several seconds without its piercingly loud blaring. There’s a padlock on the power cable to prevent guests from disengaging it. Turning off the circuit breaker did not solve the issue. We would definitely not return to this house unless they guaranteed to disable the alarm first, which the hosts said cannot be done. Because of the pandemic, we avoided restaurants. If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchen lighting is terrible. Your body will block the one light centered in the kitchen. As silly as you may look to your family, bring a headlamp if you plan to cook regularly, even during the day. The house appears to have been constructed as a rental, as evidenced by its qualities. Minimal windows mean not a ton of natural light. Since we were outside most of the time, it didn’t matter. Cheap appliances, low-quality cooking utensils, all to be expected in a short-term rental. If you’re a home cook, you’d bring your own knives anyway. The entire area behind the house is a nature preserve. If you’re into it, follow the fence line past the cul-de-sac five houses down. There’s a just-visible path at its end leading to hiking trails, views of secluded Old Lake Davenport, and bird sightings. The official entrance to the trails is on another street in the neighborhood, but accidentally stumbling upon the back of the house while hiking enabled us to find the end of the fence. Bring your phone with satellite overlay turned on and you’ll easily find your way around. The area is beautiful. The only deal-breaker is the pool alarm if you don’t have young’uns. If you do, you’ll be incredibly grateful for the peace of mind, as well as for the sturdy, removable safety fence around the pool and its south-facing light.

Great location and space for everyone

The house was in a great location, close to many things, shops, restaurants, Disney, other attractions, really nice county park, but not too close to hear all of the noise. The pool took a while to get to a swim-able temperature, but it might have been just turned on prior to our stay, but the middle of the week the temperature was fine. Great communication with the owner that provided great instructions and recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to another family.

Great stay!

This house is just under 20 minutes to park entrances. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa, the cover was great for keeping the heat in. The house has everything you need for a large family: well stocked kitchen, strollers, pack n play, high chair, washer/dryer, TVs, game room, and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. As with all rentals the carpets are a bit worn but that is to be expected. The pool alarm took some getting used to but I was thankful to have it with a toddler around. Would definitely stay again!

The house was in a great location, perfect size for our family and very convenient to parks and shopping. The house overall was very clean. I only gave it a 4 due to the bar area by the bar stools look like a guest before us spilled or splattered and it needs wiped down as well as some of the baseboards (really not trying to be picky as it would not make or break me referring family and friends booking this house but it needs cleaned).

This home was exactly as described! What a joy!!

We had an awesome time at this property! It was clean and well-maintained. The owners are very accommodating; they provide great customer service. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa! The home is very close to Disney and Universal. We also drove into Celebration and found some interesting shops and restaurants there, as well as those in the immediate area.

We had a lovely time at this house! Plenty of beds and washrooms made for smooth navigating day to day. The open kitchen was awesome as we were able to cook our own meals and prepare snacks for the days out while still interacting with everyone in the living room and dining area. We spent a lot of time out at the pool and in the hot tub area also. The location is close to Disney which made it easy to get to the parks early. It’s also close to a lot of restaurants and shops which was great for when we didn’t feel like cooking. This house significantly contributed to our perfect Orlando vacation and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

Great vacation property!

We had reserved another home but at the last minute the owner backed out on us. I contacted this owner and got an immediate response. In the end, we were glad that it worked out the way it did. Wonderfully place to stay

For us this was a better location than Windsor Hills, as this house is so close to shopping and restaurants, and still close to Disney. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked . The alarm on the bathroom door leading to the pool should be lower, as the grand kids could not reach it.One of the reasons we rented this place because of the 3 king beds and they were very comfortable. Back for the 5th time!

Absolutely fabulous!

We had a lovely comfortable stay at this villa. From the start we had fabulous communication with the owners and when we had a change of plan the owners and management company were very happy to accommodate at short notice. Thank you so much for that. The home is clean, comfortable, well equipped, very well maintained and in the perfect location for families looking to do the parks and attractions. Restaurants and supermarkets are literally a 5 minute drive away, as is the quick entrance to the Disney road network. We would most definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Thank you for everything John, Anna and MC staff.

Fourth time at this house and would go back again

This was the fourth year in a row that we stayed at this house and would recommend it to a family who likes being together, but still likes their private space. The layout is great! We spent most of our time in the lanai/pool area when we were at the house. Perfect size for the six of us. The house is located near a Super Target, Publix, gas stations, and restaurants, as well as easy access to parks.

Definitely going back!!!

We had a fantastic time in this impressive vacation home. It was so clean, roomy and nicely decorated, the beds were really comfortable. Very close to everything we needed, the theme parks, groceries, restaurants, outlet mall.....etc. We loved the private pool, enjoyed every moment of our stay. We're telling our friends and family at home how prefect this house was, and already planning to go again with them on our next trip.

Fantastic House!

My family of 5 stayed for a week in August at this wonderful home. The interior of the home is exactly like the pictures. It was a very clean home. The kids all enjoyed the king size beds and flat screen TV's in their rooms. My 4 year old loved sleeping in her own Disney princess room. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make a home cooked meal. We loved spending our mornings in the pool and coming home to this inviting house after a long day at the parks. They are only about 10-15 minutes away as are plenty of stores and places to eat. I can't say enough great things about this place and you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Anna was very easy to contact and was quick to respond to any communication I sent. My family and I will definitely be returning to this house on our next trip to Disney. Thanks Anna for all of your help.

Wonderful home!!
