Cozy Home - Walk to Ybor - Restaurants, Bars and Shops!

Welcome to my cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Tampa! My recently updated and spacious 4 bedroom (5 bed) home is located in Ybor City's historic district. Walk to 7th Ave’s bars, restaurants and shops, or walk 0.5 miles and hop on Tampa's FREE open-air streetcar trolley which will take you all over downtown Tampa and Channelside. The location can’t be beat!

My home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, and a clean, modern bathroom. The space is decorated and furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a coffee/tea bar.

In the back of the house is a large turf backyard with multiple seating areas, umbrellas, corn hole, and a grill.

My home has four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Twin Bunk Bed with Work Station

6 people maximum, no pets, and no smoking inside. Strict.

Guest access:
The entire home is accessible to you during your stay.

Check-In: 4pm
Check-Out: 11am

Other things to note:
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 GUESTS, AND NO SMOKING INSIDE. These rules help me maintain a high standard of cleanliness and keep the furniture in good condition.

BRINGING PETS, SMOKING INSIDE, OR BREAKING THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND AND ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.

Perfect Property for a family

Chad was an amazing host and we enjoyed the personalized greeting and well-appointed kitchen. The backyard was great for the kids and there was enough space for two families to spread out and enjoy each other's company without being on top of each other. Close enough to the airport, freeway, Busch Gardens and towntown. On top of that, being in historic Ybor City was such a joy! Great food and great people.

Enjoyed the inside of the home. The kids and I had our own rooms and comfortable beds. Play corn hole on the artificial turf in the backyard. Had a grey time with my kids. We prefer a home like this or a hotel any day.
