Why they chose this property

Unique location. Not many properties are actually in the Ybor City proper area. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops while feeling safe. You don't have to walk across a busy road or under the highway. Great location that is close to everything but far enough away from the party street and nightlife to enjoy your stay.
