Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Cabo San Lucas
Enjoy your stay at our 2-Bed, 2 Bath Condo located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. 2 queen beds, spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, full kitchen with stainless steel fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and area to have breakfast. Closets are available in each bedroom, balcony with chairs to enjoy the outside. Dining table and chairs. Wi-Fi ready flat screen TV in the living room. Condo is on a 3rd floor with the elevator in the building. We have a 1 car parking available. 24-hr onsite security in this Condos complex called La Isla. There is a newly renovated pool onsite. The pool is not heated but it's warm in Cabo and gets enough warm days to enjoy.
The condo is 15-20 min walk from famous Medanos beach and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Downstairs there is small convenient store and laundry shop as well. Our onsite property manager, Adriana takes care of all guests and greets them upon arrival. She is very helpful and very friendly.
Weather: Sometimes hurricanes do hit Cabo in late Aug-early Sept. Lasts 1-2 days

Within 1000 feet of the building facing the main street, there is a recently built palapa bar with music playing sometimes into later hours (not every day). Please be advised for families with small children and for senior citizens.
The condo is 15-20 min walk from famous Medanos beach and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Downstairs there is small convenient store and laundry shop as well. The location was perfect. Everything within 10 to 15 minute walk. Furniture was comfortable. We had couple minor issues and management was quick to answer and fix (fan not working and sink tap started leaking). The only concern was noice from bars but this is disclosed in VRBO add. They delivered water for us on request which was added bonus. Laundry just outside main doors were fast to wash dry fold and return.

Mala experiencia, de 6 días de estancia,5 días sin aire acondicionado por qué no servía, 2 días sin agua caliente, en la parte de atrás del condominio gente ruidosa toda la semana hasta la madrugada imposible poder dormir, instalaciones sucias, la televisión no sirve, el dueño del departamento es un despota, se le informa directamente de todas las deficiencias y solo dice que las cosas pasan y que ponga la queja por que sabe que VRBO no da seguimiento a las quejas, y hasta te cobran un seguro para daños, pero por las deficiencias del departamento no te remunera nada, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y tampoco recomiendo a VRBO, no te solucionan nada puedes poner tu queja y no pasa nada son una porquería tanto el departamento como la aplicación, y no son nada baratos.

Jose is not an honest person apparently. I apologized for sudden issue with AC and water heater. This is was all repaid within a day. What he states about VRBO is not true. And the noise in later hours across the field is a palapa bar that stays open late. I clearly have that stated i our condo description to be advised of. Not a good decent guest is all I can say

Welcome to our condo in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. My wife and I first came to Cabo almost 20 years ago and fell in love. We have been vacationing in Mexico since our kids were little almost 30 years ago now. But Cabo was always a special place. We decided to invest and own a place here and purchased this condo in 2020. We live in Sacramento County in California.
