Located on the Marina, in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, Marina Cabo Plaza, with its friendly and knowledgeable staff, offers a hassle free opportunity to explore nearly all of Cabo San Lucas without ever getting into a vehicle: The center of town with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping mall, etc is a 'stones throw' away along the boardwalk (Malecon). A short, 5 minute, stroll in the other direction, to Medano Beach, embarks upon unlimited water related activities, restaurants, resorts, clubs, etc. Marina Cabo Plaza, one of the original vacation establishments of Cabo San Lucas, provides a simple, modest and authentic Baja experience for the active traveler. As such , we, the owners, are more than happy to contribute to the success of your vacation and will gladly share specific recommendations that are catered specifically to your vacation objectives.

This condo suite is located on the 4th floor, which enjoys amazing view of the Marina, all at a very affordable price!! The condo has recently been remodeled from top to bottom and I'm happy to report the finished product looks wonderful. The condo is 420sqft and it enjoys a very open layout.
If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment this condo is absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort, timeshare or agent bookings.

The unit is well maintained and is constantly being upgraded. We are located right along the malcon, downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach are within a 5 minute walk along the Malecon and the Puerto Paraiso Mall is located about 200 meters away.

The Unit is 420sqft and has been popular among the casual weekly vacationers. Situated on the harbor side of the Marina Cabo Plaza complex, this suite's ideal panoramic perspective of the harbor, downtown and the Puerto Paraiso Mall, boasts some of the best private views in Cabo San Lucas. This unit feature a full bath, private patios, queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, commercial air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, cable t.v., 12' high ceiling, etc.

If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment this suite is absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort,timeshare or agent bookings.

The complex has free parking, pickup parking pass at check-in ($20 deposit for the pass).

We have several onsite restaurants/bars: Chatitas; Mango Deck Cantina; Usual Suspects

Deep Sea Fishing Charters: Redrum (my personal favorite in Cabo) and Mucho Loco.

In addition, we have a small convenience store (Early Bird Deli) and a pharmacy.

Great place to stay!

Great studio with perfect location - walking distance to all the great things in Cabo. If transportation is needed, Uber picks up right in front of property and is quite reasonable. Check in/check out super easy with very friendly front desk gentleman. Clean and a perfect size for two with all the amenities, a charming balcony with a great view of the marina. Great wifi! We arrived a bit late due to some airline delays, but once we got to the hotel, everything was smooth and easy! Check-in was a breeze—we walked to the front desk, gave our name, and were promptly escorted to our room. The staff gave us a quick rundown of how everything worked, including the stove, TV, fridge, and A/C. They also mentioned that if we needed more fresh water or anything else, we could just call the front desk, and they’d bring it right up.We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been updated since the VRBO listing we saw when booking. The updates were lovely, and everything in the room worked just as expected. The real highlight, though, was the balcony overlooking the marina! It was the perfect spot for enjoying our morning coffee while watching the fishing fleet head out, and later, it was amazing to watch the sunset and unwind after a day of exploring.The location is unbeatable—right on the marina, with an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Whatever you’re looking for is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, offering everything you need for a wonderful stay!.

I booked this room for myself and after a friend found out I was going to Cabo I said come along. We were both so impressed with the unit how it was very comfortable and close to everything in downtown Cabo. However I thought the bed was a queen size bed and it was only a double, so made it A bit uncomfortable to sleep both of us. Check in could’ve been a little bit more friendly, we both felt like we were inconveniencing the clerk at the counter check-in and when we asked wood he show us to the room we felt like we were an imposition to him. When we left the gentleman who was always at the desk at night, I believe his name was Abel went above and beyond what customer service is all about. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. It was also nice to be able to have snorkel gear in the room and the beach was so close to just walk to. Only minor problems, the elevator was broke one day, and the toilet would not flush the second day we were there. Reported to the front desk and was fixed by the end of the day. Did not realize that we were there the week of the tuna tournament which was awesome. We also were able to participate in a turtle release program in San Jose Del Cabo. Even though we were there only four days we both felt we got a lot of things done and saw and did a lot as well. Will certainly bookmark this property for future stays. thank you Mike the unit was beautiful and being on the top floor felt very safe and the view was impeccable

Great little place to stay

We come to Cabo often and we thought we would try staying at the Marina this trip since we were not renting a car. Perfect location, very clean, 2 beers and waters in the fridge when we are arrived. Has everything you need! We had one tiny AC issues but was resolved very quickly and the owner was right on top of it! We would definitely stay again except we bought our own place while we were there!!

Mike's place at Marina Cabo Plaza

For people who are very active, do scuba, hike, boat, or any activity that doesn't include rest, this is the place. It is clean, the concierge, manager, cleaning women, security are all wonderful! But if you're a senior, like we both are, this place needs a few extras. There is only a bed to sit on, so we dearly missed a loveseat or a couple armchairs. I woke up every day with a bad back ache. Then the television! We got neck aches looking up at it, it was so high up on the wall! But the worse part was the DISH TV reminder that showed up every 20 minutes for 5-7 minutes at a time blocking the screen. Rafael tried to fix it, with no luck. But we loved the Wifi! But seriously, folks, get a barbecue and some armchairs! Thanks!

Cute, modern condo with unbeatable view in a great location. Perfectly priced. Even when we had a minor issue, the owner was responsive and took care of it immediately. Shower water pressure is a bit weak, so be aware if it is an issue for you (only reason I didn't go for 5 stars). I go to Cabo a lot and hope to book this unit again soon.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

All aspects of this condo were amazing and this was the central piece to me having a great vacation in Cabo! The location was outstanding and the condo had all the expected amenities and even more! Before we even arrived, Mike was able to send a detailed email about the various activities, food options, and late night spots that were in the general vicinity (you don't need a car at this location and everything is in walking distance)! In addition to a clean and modern looking room, the view from the balcony from sun-up to sun-down was enough to make me want to stay in Cabo. The place was centrally located to the beach, excellent dining options (Fisherman's Landing and the Hacienda to name a few), bars, music/entertainment, and lots of water/tour activities. Lastly, Mike was such a gracious and thoughtful host that inside the cabinets we found (2) beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and a board game. If you need your morning coffee, like I do, there was even a Keurig with at least four different flavors! Those are definitely the little things that helped make this an AMAZING trip! The next time I head to Cabo, this will be the place I stay and I won't book my flight until I make sure that this condo is available for my planned trip...I enjoyed it that much! Thanks Mike to you and your condo for helping me have a great trip to Cabo!

Nice safe property close to everything downtown

Cabo was wonderful with the glass bottom boat to the beaches, the nightlife and restaurants. The room was close and convenient to everything and Mike gave great suggestions and was very helpful. Only problem was we couldn’t get WiFi in the room but we could in the lobby and a little less water pressure than we’re used to. It was a great trip and already have a list of things to do next time.

This was my second time in Cabo- my first trip was staying at a friend's timeshare on the beach. This location was great; perfect for 2 people to enjoy a week in paradise. We couldn't ask for a better price. Right in the heart of everything, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, you name it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

It's my belief Cabo has something for everyone. You can totally relax, you can go party like a Rock Star, or something in the middle :) I'm a big fan of the activities in Cabo, start off with a morning walk/run on the malcon, or head down to Medano Beach and rent a paddle board. Medano Beach allows you the opportunity of solitude or you can walk over to the beach restaurants/bars and take in some lively interactions. Not to mention, the waters of the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez has some of the best deep see fishing around. Nothing better than taking your catch to one of the many amazing restaurants for dinner!

You are perfectly located for exploring Cabo by foot. Medano Beach is approximately 1/4 mile away, along the Malecom and downtown is short stroll in the opposite direction. Take a morning stroll along the Malecom it's just under 4 miles round-trip. You have downtown with the many restaurants, bars, and activities at your doorstep, go out there and explore!

What makes this property unique

You have several options for transportation to and from the airport: Private Shuttle; Shared Shuttle; Taxi. Cabo does have public buses, if you wanted to journey to the beaches (Chileno and Santa Maria) outside of the town. If you're in town for more than a few days, you may want to rent a car and explore the surrounding area: San Jose Del Cabo; Todos Santos; Playa Cerritos; La Paz.
