Discover island living at our newly-remodeled waterfront escape in Matlacha on a deep water canal with a 40 foot private dock to tie up your boat behind the house (lift is not available for use). Room to park your truck and trailer in the driveway and front yard. This spacious two-bedroom, one-bath home offers all the comforts: air conditioning, high-speed internet,a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, blow dryer, towels & wash cloths, toilet paper, hand soap and fresh linens for all beds. Ideal for up to 7 guests with a queen-size pullout couch and fresh furnishings. Enjoy endless fun on the water with a deep freezer for your bait in the garage and a new dock to tie up your boat. We have electric and water by the dock and a fishing filet table to clean your fresh catch. Use the dock ladder and floating platform to launch your paddle board or use our kayaks on the side of the house for exploring the area. Play shuffleboard and watch the sunset in the back family room. The covered back porch has a gas grill and seating for outdoor entertaining. Perched on the serene waters of Matlacha Pass, our home provides instant access to world-class fishing right from your doorstep. Whether you're angling for snook, redfish, tarpon, or trout, the abundant waters surrounding our property promise endless opportunities for a memorable catch. Perfect for making lasting memories!

Priceless Relaxation

The name of this property couldn’t be more accurate. My family and I needed a place to just relax and this was the perfect place. It’s in a great quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The house is bright and decorated very nice. It’s clean and has everything you could need.I pretty much lived in the back sunroom reading and enjoying the beautiful view of the water.My husband and I went kayaking/paddlebaording and it was great to go around the little islands. It’s close enough to stores and restaurants to be convenient and quiet enough where you can feel disconnected.The table shuffleboard was also a family highlight.We would love to go back in the future.

Matlacha is an old Florida town where everyone lives on the water and enjoys the small town benefits. The neighborhood is safe, quiet & friendly. You will leave relaxed, refreshed and ready to book another vacation here.

What makes this property unique

Our home is on the last canal in the neighborhood so has deep water and easy access to fishing and boating. The brand new dock fits up to a 32' boat to tie up to,and includes a fish filet table, a ladder and floating dock to launch your paddle board or one of our kayaks. There is a deep freezer in the garage to store your bait and fresh catch, a gas grill and cooler on the covered back porch to enjoy meals outside. We have a shuffleboard table and board games and cards for fun inside. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and one in the family room so everyone can watch what they want.
