About this property

Private pool! Along a canal and parking for a boat trailer.

Enjoy all the privacy!

This is a two story, newly remodeled townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a private pool in the backyard, plus it is along a canal and has parking space for a boat trailer. There is a boat slip but the owner keeps his boat there. You can, however, dock your boat to the deck, right next to the slip. A lifted deck has a great view overlooking the canal. It is also, just a short drive to the beach.

The living room has reclining couches and a large TV. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining. The half bath is on the first floor.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 guest rooms have full size beds and the primary room has a king size bed. Every bedroom has a TV. 1 of the full bathrooms is attached to the primary room and has a large walk in shower. The primary room and 1 of the guest bedrooms have connecting balconies that over look the pool in the back yard and the canal.

The amazing back yard has an outdoor table with seating for 6 under a covering. There are also 4 chaise lounge chairs poolside. The lifted deck is above the boat slip and has a table with seating for 4 plus 2 additional deck chairs. You can fish from the backyard! The driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles plus a boat trailer can be parked next to the driveway.

This is an amazing Condo in a great location with a nice private pool and dock on the canal, my two grandchildren caught perch off the dock. I have already booked this Condo for next year!

Beach Weekend!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this private vacation rental. Our party consisted of 3 couples and we felt the rental was spacious and having a private pool for the weekend was wonderful. The owner was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. Fair amount of stairs so definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues. Great overall value!

This is a beatiful home. Recently remodeled with great taste in furnishings and interior design. We loved the area. First time to Corpus Christi. Down there dure a lshort cold spell. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only complaint that I have was the pool had a lot of algae and really couldn't be used. I contacted the host and they sent their pool person the next day and they shocked it, but it still wasn't clear. Yes, we had a day or two with storms, but nothing that should have prevented us from enjoying the pool.
