We are excited to make our place available for the VRBO customers. Although we are new here, our little apartment is ranked a guest favorite, boasting reviews averaging 4.9 stars, and has turned us into superhosts.

It's the perfect place to crash after a game or performance at the TIAA Bank Field (Jag's stadium - 7 mins), the Center for the Arts (5 mins), or the Florida Theater (12 mins). Here for business? We're a short walk from City Hall, Florida State College, and a short drive from the Jax Port Authority. Or just relax at our beaches, museums, and gardens! The building offers a laundromat, a gym and includes parking.
