The property location is perfect. 8 minutes to ferry terminal to St John. The property is very clean and we enjoyed the 3 pools. Will stay here again if we go back to St Thomas.

Convenient and secured location, close to spectacular beaches, shopping and dining. Amazing Ocean view from all the rooms. All necessary kitchen/bathroom/beach stuff available. Smart tv and wifi. Great quality/comfort-to-price ration.

Beautiful Views in Updated Property

Had a great time at this VRBO. The check in process was quick and easy. The condo is nicely updated with new appliances, dishes, and a comfy bed. The main highlight is the balcony. It has direct views of the ocean and has very nice sitting areas. Checked out without a hitch and headed to the airport. Highly recommend this property!

The staff and grounds were awesome!

We enjoyed our second stay at Point Pleasant. We enjoyed the upgraded menu at the restaurant and ate there almost every day.

I have been traveling to Point Pleasant for the past 14 years. This was by far the best trip I have ever had. The transformations are just what the place needed. Your staff was always accommodating, over the top and super friendly! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you next year!

Great Spot!

We loved it there and were very happy to have selected you guys for our anniversary trip! It would have been nice to have some kind of on-site food/dining/hang out spot. I know it's getting worked on, but just my 2 bits. Thank you so much to the staff for taking such good care of us and our stay there. B-21 was perfect!
