Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, B7.

This newly renovated Premiere 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, breathtaking Caribbean views, and a bright open layout in one of the resort’s desirable lower-level locations. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B7 sleeps up to 4 guests and is just steps from parking for added convenience.

The villa features a king bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a full bathroom with a spacious shower and magnified vanity mirror, and a comfortable living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat-screen television, DVD player, CD player, and two large chairs. Cathedral ceilings give the villa an airy feel, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner glass stove top, full refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, blender, and indoor dining for 4. The large balcony offers outdoor dining for 4, two lounge chairs, and some of the most breathtaking Caribbean views on property.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Great place to stay!! Swam in all the pools, checked out the nature tail, sugar beach. Chad and the crew at sun and sea were awesome!!!!!! The women we spoke to in the office were really friendly and helpful!

This space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great and all appliances worked. The views were OUTSTANDING!! This location was a very short walk to Sugar Beach the private beach on resort, and even shorter walk to restaurants on the resort. We enjoyed ourselves.

The view was stunning! Sunrise like no other!! Only comment for possible improvement is to have the actual owner also be in contact with the future resident. VRBOs and my past experience which has been more than five have always been in contact with me and that made the welcome much more pleasant.

The property was perfect for two people! Amazing view to wake up to every morning. Privacy. All the amenities you need. Only recommendation is to add two new beach chairs to the unit. Appreciated the umbrella!

great unit and great view down by the water

we have stayed here before and really liked this unit. everything you need except good beachchairs. the decorating was very nice, up to date and clean. a little problem with the building behind us, L. apparently workers live in there and get a little loud. hopefully that was only a 1 time thing. all in all great stay

Beautiful views with everything you need in a vacation rental!

We were very pleased with the location, and overall quality and comfort of Claudine's rental. It has exceptional views and is well furnished. Close to many beaches. If you like the party vibe, Coki is your beach. If you like quite and peaceful, Lindquist is for you. Both are about 5 minutes away. The most popular Magans Beach is about 15 minutes away. We recommend an all wheel drive vehicle due to steep, windy roads. Summed up, Point Pleasant resort and Claudine's rental will be a great choice, especially for a couple.

Lovely property... Pretty incredible view. Highly recommend. Only downer was the wifi was a mess. Call ahead and make sure it's working. Was very difficult to work from there. Hoepfully they fix that. Other than that A++

Simply Beautiful

The location was just as the pictures appeared. Everything was beautiful. Both restaurants on the resort were great. Coki beach & Margaritaville are the only real places that were walkable off the resort. We read Louies Market was walking distance but everyone advised us to take a taxi to Moes Market instead (which we did). We were glad we didnt rent a car, the shuttle on the resort was convenient & the front desk always helped us with taxis.

Breathtaking view and Fantastic location

This is definitely a 5 star rating! We loved so many things: the view, cleanliness, staff, location, well stocked linens/ice/cooler; all of it! Each morning we awoke to a beautiful orange sunrise overlooking the islands across the ocean. Sipping coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and watching pelicans dive for fish - all amazing! And the staff was great - there was one security guard in particular (didn't get his name) who was over the top with smiles and greetings in the mornings who made us smile every time. We will be coming back and miss it already!

Point Pleasant - B7

I settled into this top floor condo (B7) just above the water's edge. The views from the living room and the veranda are impressive. The interior is spotless, and outfitted with a king bed and queen sleep sofa; the kitchen and bathroom makes for contemporary settings with marble topped counters and modern fixtures. The silence in the condo is interrupted only by the tweets of birds. I didn't explore the two nearby beaches, but the staff pointed out their close proximity and said they are easily accessible for a relaxing swim/leisure day outing. I would advise renting a vehicle or be prepared to utilize Taxi service to be mobile beyond the resort's boundaries. Check in/out was seamless, the staff was friendly and willing to assist if needed. My experience was incredible and I would rinse and repeat.

Amazing views and super clean stay

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful!! The views are amazing looking out over the water and the room was very clean and tidy. We also didn't realize it was such a close walk to Margaritaville (less than 10 minutes away), so we took advantage of that and enjoyed their happy hour drink specials. Coki Beach is also a pretty short walk and the snorkeling there was so much fun. So glad we stayed here, would definitely recommend it/stay again! I did want to mention, there isn't any food or drinks/grocery store or market within walking distance, so try to stock up on groceries before you arrive. There's no water, coffee, snacks, etc. or anything already in the room, so our first night there we had to order pizza for delivery and didn't have any food for breakfast until 9am the next morning because that's when the restaurant opens. Thanks!

Updated Interior with Amazing Views

We had an amazing stay at this updated top-floor unit with Amazing Views. Interior is updated with traditional white wood thatched roof design, white sofa, etc. The resort property amenities are o.k., but this was perfect to serve as a home base to explore beaches and St. John as well as being close to restaurants in Red Hook.

Relaxing!

Very comfortable with beautiful views. Shoreline grill was so convenient. Very nice staff. Easy taxi ride to the ferry to visit St. John. The immaculate grounds of Point pleasant are very hilly but great exercise.

This condo is an absolute hidden gem within Point Pleasant - the view is breathtaking and the condo itself is perfectly appointed with up-to-date features. The staff went above and beyond to help coordinate an amazing birthday trip for me - from assisting friends back home leaving surprises in the room, helping us book an in-room massage, and just overall making me feel special the entire weekend. It's located very close to Red Hook and Coki Point beach but the best is the private beach on property. 10/10 would stay here again!
