Sean, our host, was a tremendous help during our stay at his property. He answered all questions in a professional and prompt manner. The location of the property was absolutely perfect for the Thunder Over Louisville event and would be a perfect spot to be during Derby week. The loft was better than pictured. This was a great spot! It’s tucked back from the street, so the place (and neighbors) were quiet and respectful. We were attending a conference at the Kentucky Convention Center, and this was a quick 9 minute walk down the street. A lot of the nearby shops have closed up, but we were able to get what we needed and could walk to several restaurants. The space itself worked great. It was clean and well maintained. If we need a stay in Louisville again, this place will be top of the list!
