We have stayed at this home multiple times over the last five year. It is a wonderful comfortable, peaceful home steps from Nickerson Park. Our dogs love the house and fenced in yard. It is minutes from the beautiful bay beaches and great restaurants. Liz is a fantastic host who is responsive to her guests. Highly recommend this home for a pleasant stay!
This is a comfortable lovely well equipped home!! We have stayed here multiple times and are never disappointed!! Lovely location right by Nickerson State Park and minutes from Bay beaches. Great quiet fenced in backyard near conservation land which makes this a perfect peaceful retreat!
We loved staying here. The house is adjacent to Nickerson State Park, with easy walking/bike access to trails and Cliff Pond. Very quiet neighborhood, and the house has everything you'd need and more.
Great stay here. Small but has everything you need especially AC! The fenced in yard was super helpful for our dog and the location next to Nickerson was amazing. Super easy to walk on the trails and over to the ponds. Thanks for a great stay!
Excellent location. Steps away from Nickerson. If you have an elderly dog the stairs to the backyard may be too steep. The park is just a short distance away so it was not a problem for us. The property was well stocked with more than the usual amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, soap, and laundry detergent were all provided. Linens, towels, beach towels, and microfiber towels for your furry family members were also included. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were super easy.
Perfect location and perfect place for dog-friendly family vacation stay. Owner was 100% responsive and helpful. We were very happy with our experience all around.
We rented this home to enjoy a Christmas holiday with family in Brewster. The house was great and Liz was wonderful to work with. Lovely neighborhood with close access to running trails in Nickerson State Park.
Stayed for a week with family in July (2 elementary aged children). House and location overall met expectations. Beach was great for kids which is about 2 miles away
We stayed at the property again for a second year in a row (around the same time of year - July). Property is great for kids and dog and owners were helpful during check in answering any questions we had!
we had a great time!
This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at the house. We had a great time once again with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 11) and 1 dog.house is as advertised, communication with owner was easy and straight-forwarded.The family enjoyed Crosby Beach (about 2 miles away), the cape code bike trail and also explored other nearby towns!
We have stayed at this lovely home many times during the month of August which is the height of the season. Great location for access to Nickerson State Park and bay beaches. The house is clean and well equipped. It's so nice that we can bring our dogs as the home has a fenced in backyard. This was our first time staying at this home off season. We found it to be as cozy and welcoming as our other visits here. The delightful hosts who make you feel right at home! We look forward to our next stay here!
This is our third stay at this cute home and it doesn't disappoint! We were fortunate to stay three weeks here and enjoyed every minute! The house is well equipped for eating in with a full kitchen, clean, air conditioning, washer/dryer(a must on the Cape),comfortable family/den area downstairs with large screened TV, deck and fenced in yard for our dogs. The home is 50 feet from Nickerson State park, rail trails, and less than 5 minutes away from beautiful Brewster Bay beaches! Also, the owners are very responsive to renters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!
This was our 4th stay at this comfortable and cozy Cape Cod home. It is literally 50 feet from Nickerson State Park which we love! It is also close to Brewster beaches and in general centrally located to restaurants and various activities. The yard is fenced so our dogs are safe outside. The backyard backs up to conservation land and provides for a peaceful deck experience. The home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Hopefully, we will be back next year!
The house was a great place to stay for a week. Lots of space for the kids to spread out and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Kitchen is a good size and the living room is pleasant to sit in. There are stairs to the yard outside so be aware of that if you have an old or wary dog.
We stayed for 10 days and loved being next to Nickerson State Park and easy access to the Rail Trail, and getting in long walks and bike rides. We enjoyed the sunsets at First Light and Crosby beaches. Liz was quick to respond to questions, the home was just as it was listed; our family of 3 adults and 1 dog were very comfortable. Stove/oven and coffee makers looked brand new & worked great, as did the grill on the deck. We also enjoyed nearby restaurants. We discovered a close by beach that allows dogs before 9 and after 5. My favorite part of any Cape Cod home is the outside shower, and this shower was one of my favorites! Large w/ plenty of hooks, flagstone floor, and I love how the light passes through the sides, but still maintains privacy. Plus, body wash, shampoo & conditioner included. Window a/c units in the bedrooms worked great and helped on the muggy days. We also enjoyed both the sunny and shady areas on the back deck and on the front benches for morning coffee and reading. Rock Harbor Beach“rock harbor offers one of the greatest sunsets on cape cod. rock harbor beach at dyer prince road is closed to dogs during the day in the summertime between june 15th - labor day. but pets are allowed in the morning before 9am and in the evening after 5pm during the summer, so you can get in a nice dog walk in the off-hours.”
The house was very comfortable, clean, well laid out, and cozy. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. It’s only a few minutes (walking) away from walking trails where we took our dog in the mornings. Liz was great at getting back to me when I had questions. She responded almost immediately. We’d stay there again. Very positive experience.
My family of 4 stayed here for two nights to be able to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This house was in the perfect location! Just feet away was access to the paved bike/walking trails in Nickerson Park and the paved Cape Cod Rail Trail was about a 1.5 mile bike ride away at the entrance to Nickerson Park. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy and communication with the owner was great. We brought our dog and walked him on the trails in the park and even took him when we went for a drive to Provincetown. The whole Cape is very dog friendly! We would like to stay again for another weekend in the future!
This vacation home was on point and fantastic for us!! We love being near Nickerson State Park and this home is 50 feet from the park and close to bay beaches. The home is comfortable, well equipped, air conditioned bedrooms and multiple fans. The deck over looking the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dogs. Beyond the fenced back yard is conservation land that provides a tranquil private
The property was perfect for what we enjoy doing-biking, kayaking, beaching. It is so close to the state park, about 3 houses from the entrance and a short walk or bike ride to the pond. Stayed cool inside, coffee pot was excellent as was the outdoor shower!
