The host was very welcoming and took care of every single request which were not that many. The place was clean and located in a verification area. Everything that you can think off like groceries and restaurants were at walking distance.

Nice studio apt with cool lil porch

We really enjoyed our time here. The porch was really nice to sit out on and it was in a perfect location. Super bathroom and tv size is massive!!

A Great Stay

Davidson was very good at communicating and dealing with the concerns I had (which werent very much). Despite the floors not being cleaned upon arrival, my overall experience was GREAT! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We loved the size of the place with a spacious bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed seeing the cats. There was a large screen tv which we were unable to turn on. A second set of bath towels would of bumped the rating to an excellent. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

Comfortable and cute but feels like host doesn’t really care about guests. Hot water takes so long to arrive you first are convinced there is none. TV very hard to figure out what you can watch and what you have to pay for. Power outlets old and jiggly. Kitchen things sparse and old, not enough large medium and small dishes, only 2 mugs, no can opener. No kleenex and toilet paper so thin it was see through. As for dogs, there were small pricier seeds that got all over their face, body, legs and then from that on our bedding, socks etc. if my dogs didn’t allow brushing it would have meant they had to be shaved. Front screen door doesn’t latch so if left front door open, dogs could just run out. And there were cats all over to tempt them. I like cats btw. I hesitated to give a 3, because many of these things are personal likes/dislikes and tte place is cute.

Nice Enough

Perfect if you are looking for something clean and well located in the Orlando/Winter Park area. No separate bedrooms--unit is one open room with a bathroom (sink perfect if you are 6' or taller). Inside was very clean.Listed as dog friendly, but the property has at least seven (caretaker told us there were 14) stray cats that are always visible--not most friendly environment for even a well-trained dog. Lighting outside the unit inadequate from parking area to the unit. Parking difficult at ties as property shares parking space with nursing home next door.Easy communication with owner who was very nice and professional.
