Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Nice location for family getaway

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place the whole family could stay together. We had young children and everyone had a great place to sleep and were very comfortable.

Great condo!

Very clean and perfect for a family. Love that there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the extra loft area. The layout is perfect! We spend every morning and night on the balcony and love how big it is and that there are screens to keep all bugs out. One negative is that the docks are not numbered, so we had no idea which dock and slip was ours because you cannot see numbers on any of them when you are in your boat trying to find your slip.

Unit was adequate for our stay. Bathrooms could have been cleaner (hair in showers and rugs were clearly not clean). Listing says there is a grill, but there is not one at the unit itself. Bedroom/bathroom options fit what we needed for our family. We stayed over a holiday weekend and it was busy, but was quiet at night.
