4BR/3BA Lakefront Penthouse, Clearwater Condominiums<br>Sleeps 8

This popular complex is located on the Big Niangua mile marker 8, six miles from Camdenton. This is the perfect home-away-from-home condo to enjoy numerous amenities inside as well as outdoors. The view of the lake is beautiful from inside or the deck outside.

Floor to ceiling updates in this 1800 square foot condo were completed in 2019. Clearwater Condo’s amenities are sure to keep you entertained ~two pools, one heated, fishing from the dock, fire pit, pavilion, basketball and volleyball courts and a good ol’ tether ball poll. This family friendly complex does have quiet hours from 11pm-7am. We ask that you respect fellow residents and vacationers during this time. Treat our home like it is your own.

The kitchen is fully furnished. Private outdoor balcony . Flat screen TV’s in all rooms. Living room on the main floor has a gas fireplace and a 55” flat screen TV. The loft upstairs is equipped with a Smart flat screen TV as well. Unit is equipped with clothes washer and dryer, free WiFi, and cable. Boat slip is available for an additional fee, fresh linens and towels (you will need to supply your own pool towels), off site boat trailer parking.

The primary bedroom suite on the main level has a private bath, king size bed, flat screen tv and a sliding glass door to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a pocket door to the common bathroom on the main level with a flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 has a double bed with cable and a flatscreen TV. The second primary bedroom connected to the loft has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath. The loft is spacious and has a couch/chairs and TV. Great views with floor to ceiling windows.

The condo is close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Golfing is close by at Old Kinderhook or Lake Valley Golf Club. Bridal Cave is another must see while down at the Lake.

Osage Beach is a short drive to many wonderful restaurants, go kart tracks, BigSurf, and putt putt golf Plenty of sites to see and things to do off the water.

Ballparks National is a short Drive from the condo. Closest to the field you can get with lakefront water views.

-For use of boat slip, please reach out 30 days prior to your stay to guarantee availability.

-A $140 Cleaning Fee is to be left in the microwave upon your departure. This is a SEPARATE FEE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH VRBO.

Beautiful View

Our family traveled for a baseball tournament and we enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, it is right on the lake so we enjoyed coffee on the deck most mornings for the water view. We didn’t know what to bring but found ourselves delighted by having daily supplies provided to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

Great location for the shoot out

The unit is clean and spacious. It is 8 miles to the beginning of the arm but you can avoid the "extended no wake zone" during the shootout. It was a great place to stay!

We loved how beautiful this condo was! Our favorite spot was the patio where we all could sit and visit! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked full of basics, which was a wonderful addition to our stay. The owner, Kris, was very responsive to texts as well!

Everything was smooth from the beginning. We had a great time here. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Everyone has their own bathroom. Plenty of space to sit and relax and take in the beautiful view. We would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.

Fun family vacation

This was our first time renting a condo in Camdenton, we usually stay in Osage Beach, however, we had a good time condo was nice and clean. The only complaint we didn’t have use of the closet in master bedroom it was locked

It was a great trip, beautiful view off the balcony and very friendly neighborhood. Only thing I didn’t care for was the water softener, it was not mentioned in the property details; wasn’t a huge issue, I just don’t like water softeners. Would definitely come back if given then opportunity.

Memorial Day Weekend

The condo is a good location but for the price there is no grill and it’s listed in the listing. Upon arrival the upstairs bathroom was still dirty and the kitchen and bathroom still had trash, which made me think and wonder why am I leaving so much money (140) in the microwave before we leave before cleaning when I had to clean. There are no throw blankets for cool night and the fire place doesn’t work and now did the awning on the deck. Plus the dog barking and loud neighbors. Just not really impressed for the price!! Sorry just being honest!
