Charming ranch style furnished one bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a 4 story home in the brand new Esencia community in Rancho Mission Viejo. The unit overlooks a private park and is very peaceful with a small courtyard off the bedroom and it has two separate private entrances. It is also equipped with small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. 15 minutes from San Clemente/Dana Point beaches with San Juan Capistrano and Ladera Ranch communities within a few mile radius.
