About this property
The Tennessee Pearl lakefront home, amazing views and lots of lake toys and fun!
Welcome to The Tennessee Pearl, a newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story home with breathtaking views that sits directly lakefront on Tims Ford Lake, considered one of the most picturesque lakes in Tennessee and regarded as one of the top bass fishing and recreational lakes in the Southeast.
The Tennessee Pearl offers ample space for your group of 10 with a spacious living area with a Smart TV, sectional sofa, table shuffleboard, dining area with plenty of seating, and a half bath. You can whip up meals and snacks in our well-appointed kitchen with an oversized island and craft ice maker, then relax on our deck as you soak up the incredible lake views. We have chairs and a couch on the covered deck overlooking the water along with a blackstone grill. From here, you can head down to the grassy area, beach and the waterline, or our spiral staircase takes you to the top deck just off the main bedroom.
Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms: the very spacious main bedroom is stunning with a king bed, sofa & chairs with a large smart TV plus access to its own covered balcony overlooking the water with a couch and a high-top table and chairs. You can access the balcony below via the spiral staircase. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a separate soaker tub, and a double vanity.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and a tub/shower combo; a third bedroom has a queen bed plus twin trundle; and the final room comes complete with two full XL beds plus a set of twin XL bunks. Between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms is a bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity.
Our lowest level has a ping pong table for plenty of indoor fun, and to fully enjoy the lake, we have 3 kayaks and one paddleboard for guests use. We even have buoys where you can tie off a boat or jet skis if you choose to bring or rent them. We have chairs that you can bring out to the grassy area or the beach, and fire pits are welcome (guests must provide their own firewood).
The home is located in a small, gated community that offers a community pool. There is a boat/jet ski put-in nearby.
Tims Ford Lake offers swimming, boating, fishing, water sports, kayaking, Winchester City Park public boat ramp, Dry Creek Beach (1.8 miles), and Twin Creeks Marina with boat/kayak/paddle board + boat slip rentals, live entertainment + concerts. Drafts & Water Crafts restaurant is about two miles away.
Winchester’s downtown square is less than a mile away and offers restaurants, shopping, movies, a distillery and more. Twin Creeks Marina is 7 minutes away and offers boat rentals and a fun restaurant and bar with entertainment. Winchester City park is 2 minutes away with a playground, frisbee golf, tennis courts and a public put in for your boat. Walmart and Kroger are just minutes away. And for golf lovers, there are three courses located 7.5 to 15 miles away.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $500 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. Quiet hours are from 10p - 7a. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed.
