Private access to a laid back beach, pool, parking and security 24 hours.

Walking distance to minimarts and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from downtown by Colectivo or 30 minutes by bus to hotel zone.

The location is great for a less crowded beach. Hosts and the property are great. Bring your own pillow and the shower does not get American hot, tropics and low energy use hot! I 100% recommend for a Cancun stay

The host was inattentive, unprofessional, neglectful, and failed to respect her word of honor when offering a partial refund in writing via VRBO communications. The partial refund was primarily requested due to the poorly maintained facilities in the rental condo and the failing water heater that took 3 days to repair, failing toilet which would not operate adequately and thus could not be used, and a stove-top and refrigerator that were in very poor conditions that directly impacted use of the kitchen for daily cooking and storage of food. Lastly, the video and photos included in the rental condo advertisement in VRBO clearly show the availability of a clothes washer for rental occupants which implied use of the appliance by rental occupants. The condo owner did not allow for use of the clothes washer and pointed out that it was not included as a listed amenity. However, renters default to photos and videos when making a decision to rent a property for their very important and well though out family vacations.

Relaxing Place on Playa Mujeres

The place is very quiet and has a lovely private beach. This is a place that's for mostly relaxing and you'll probably want a car or be prepared to Uber or taxi everywhere. Uber worked well over here. There's not much going on in the immediate area. The private beach is very private and you can expect about 1 to 2 people there a day. Not a party scene or large groups is people that you probably think of. Neighborhood is very quiet. The check in was easy and the host was attentive. I stayed here because I was attending a wedding at a nearby hotel. Don't be afraid to walk down to the beach and the restaurant down the street marabella is a hidden gem.

Propiedad frente a la playa

La propiedad es muy cómoda, las habitaciones y la cocina son amplias y la vista es muy bonita hacia el mar. La comunicación con Narda estuvo presente en el momento en el que se requirió. La puerta principal era un poco complicada de abrir durante el día y la playa no fue lo que esperábamos ya no se podía nadar, era más un puerto que playa. Tampoco había un espacio para lavar o colgar ropa.
