Our, ' Big Blue Catalina House', as we like to call it, is a great place to bring your family and friends. Whether it's just for a weekend or a week, we know you won't get bored or lack for things to do or see. It's great for family get togethers. like birthdays, special occasions, wedding parties, Thanksgiving, New Years or to just get away from the Hussle and Bustle of city living. 'The Big Blue House' is perfect and is combined with, Island paradise, and it's only an hour or so ride from the mainland. We fell in love with Catalina, because of its lay-back lifestyle and come back often and we're sure you will too. June, July & August 5 NIGHT MININUM + 12.5% and $200 for cleaning. My wife Debbi and I are property managers and we both own & manage 4 other San Diego vacation beach rentals along with other rental properties both commercial and residential. We both love to travel trying different place's around the world. We take great pride in all our properties and love to get reviews and feedback from all our guest to enable us to improve.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. Built in1929 and still retains much of it's old charm and is just a great house to bring family and friends, plenty room and great for kids. Traditionally we spend Thanksgiving with family and now grandchildren. We both love going to Catalina to relax and enjoy all the things the Island has to offer and because of it's great location, we can walk everywhere.
What makes this property unique
'Location!', It's only a block from the town and walking distance to any and all you want to see and do. The house was built in 1929 and is cozy with new and old features that gives it the feel of Old Catalina. One really unique feature that everyone loves is the big sliding window in the sun room. It's a great place to relax as the sun sets and have your favorite drink of choice.
