Spectacular Harbor and Ocean View Home

New 280 degree top floor view unit, features views of Avalon harbor and the village of Avalon including the Casino. 3 bedrooms, 2 king, 1 queen, all with own suites. Kitchen includes new stainless Bosch appliances, Soap stone and stainless steel counters, hardwood floors. There is also our laundry room with 2 bunks with porthole windows. A powder bath adjacent to great room. Decks for relaxing, sun bathing and bar-b-que, makes this an ideal for a get away for your entire family. Centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to downtown. Fully furnished with 5 tv's and Direct TV, Internet, fully equipped kitchen ware, linens.
Also, a 4 seater electric golf cart is included! A valid Driver’s licence is required.

We absolutely loved this place. It was comfortable, clean and the views were amazing. It was amazing to go up on the rooftop deck every night and watch the moon come over the mountains and see the harbor lights. We loved it!

Catalina Island stay

What an enjoyable stay. The house is beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable, views outrageous and amenities aplenty. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It really is an easy walk to town. Golf Cart was handy for those of us who had a hard time walking. Owners were wonderful.
