Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage is on Monday at 5:00am. Best to put it out Sunday night. Recycling is on Thursday morning Please put your trash and recycling at end of driveway when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House has mini split air conditioning / heating units that require a remote to function. If the remotes are lost or damaged it is $200 replacement fee
If excessive trash is left behind it is $50 per load that is brought to the dump.
