Tidy home close to city limits for all city events. Proximity to the lake and the park is great. Off season prices seem a bit high for what you get.

From the owner: "We're glad to hear you enjoyed a tidy home in a convenient location near the lake, the park, and everything the city has to offer. We appreciate your feedback and have already made a few upgrades to help ensure future stays feel like an even better value."
This was our second stay at the property. Home is very clean and location is very quiet. We stay here so we can visit my mother in law in Auburn. Host is very responsive and we feel safe and secure here. Thank you!

Thank you Steven! You are the perfect guest and I’m happy you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again soon! Happy Holidays!
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy lake cottage. It was the perfect size for our stay and the location is wonderful - a 2 minute walk to the lake and close to shopping and dining in downtown Auburn. I would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful & very clean home! Convenient location! Decorated for the holiday season with a Xmas tree too! We felt right at home. Would absolutely rent again!

Great location because we had a wedding to attend at Emerson Park. It was a plus that we were able to bring the dogs and there was a dog park basically in the back yard. House was very nicely equipped.
This property was perfect for our family—very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Little details like a pack n’ play, extra pillows and linens, and televisions in multiple rooms also helped to make it a perfect spot for our family of multiple ages. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting—next time I hope it’ll be warm enough for us to enjoy the hot tub! ☺️
For us this was a convenient place to stay while in town for 2 nights. Rooms were good. Well stocked and clean. Minor improvements on communication needed but that may have been related to it being a holiday week. Wed stay again.
The home was nice and cozy, and exactly what we expected and needed. It was very clean, nicely decorated and included all the items we needed as a young family of 4. I was especially pleased with how warm the home was despite primarily being a summer, lake house. If you're looking for a place to stay during any time of the year near Auburn, I highly recommend this property.

Stayed for Christmas through new years day. 3 adults and 2 children with 2 dogs.
Very nice stay. We needed nothing and had plenty of room. Plenty of towels and bedding, walking distance to a park and dog park. Friendly neighbors. A lot outside, fire pits, seating, hot tub. The owner even let us check in a day early since we got in before the major storm that shut down Buffalo.
Had a great weekend getaway at the cozy cottage. Interior was remodeled with new appliances, hardwood floor with scratch proo polish and enough bedrooms to fit our 4 persin family and the dog. Friendly neighborhood about 10 mins from town. House is more inland than pictured bur still within walking distance.
We were three adults and a small dog. The beds were very comfortable. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was well stocked to cook a full dinner. House was clean and no clutter around. The host was easy to reach and VERY quick in responding. Host was super helpful.
We will definitely stay there again when visiting family.

Nice
Was nice but would've been better if outside area was set up like in the pictures. We were looking forward to enjoying that space and didn't get to. However, we enjoyed time with the family we were in town to visit and were very comfortable in your home. So thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Cozy, well kept little cottage
We stayed for a long weekend to take our mother out to dinner for her 92nd birthday. House was well kept, and nicely decorated. Kitchen is stocked with all items you need to have a nice breakfast, or eat in for lunch. There were lots of extra towels and the beds were clean and neat. The driveway had plenty of room for three cars, and the house was perfect for the 6 of us plus 3 dogs. Allison was responsive and answered questions quickly. We visited in the winter, but will consider coming again in the summer months to enjoy the lake.

Ok Stay Close To the Lake
The stay here in Auburn was ok. It was for a work trip. I liked the location because it was close enough to the show we were working and close enough to walk to the lake which was super. However, the house itself needs some work. I fixed a loose soffit on the bathroom sink, noticed a rusty hook in the shower that holds the toiletries, had pet hair ALL over my socks from the steps and rugs, and had to make the bed. The sheets weren't tucked in and the fitted sheet got loose super quick because it was way too large for the bed that it was on. The backyard was super nice and as i mentioned it was nice to walk to the lake. Overall, if you're looking for just a place to stay but don't mind pet hair and fixing a few things while your there, it's a good spot.

Cute Cozy Cottage
We stayed at the Cottage for a Bachelorette Weekend. Overall, it was a good stay. We were disappointed that the patio furniture was not outside as advertised in the photos.
We also were not able to find the coffee pot until we were checking out (it was on a shelf in the laundry room).
The "ring doorbell" was not present and was covered by blue tape. The outdoor basement window was completely broken in and covered with boards.
The last two things did not change our experience, just really brought down the aesthetic of the venue.
Perfect, cozy and relaxing lake house cottage to vacation at with family or friends! Hosts are great! Allison answered all of my questions quickly, very friendly and helpful. My husband misplaced a sentimental item and Allison personally went to the cottage and checked each room. The cottage is within walking distance to Melrose and Emerson Parks and the dog park. The backyard at the cottage is wonderful with a hot tub (which was ready upon our arrival) a gazebo with outdoor furniture, a firepit, a grill and 2 patio tables for dining outside. Glimpses of the lake can be seen in the Spring from the front deck and backyard and sometimes getting a nice, lake breeze. The cottage was clean, plenty of natural light, great kitchen and appliances and kitchen items to use for cooking. Cute, round pub dining room table for four inside the cottage. The area is nice and quiet. We had a great time staying at the cottage. It was a major plus to be able to bring our dog, who also had a great time. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was Easy ! We settled in quickly after a long ride, perfect temperature with AC and fans for us, lots of comfy spots to rest and relax. Our Frenchie loved it too! Thankful to have a nice place that allows pups too!
We went as two couples, no kids (although there is an amazing bunk room for kids if you bring them). The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We enjoyed walking and jogging in the waterfront park next to the house, and went for ice cream nearby.
