Great, clean condo with tons of space and all the amenities we needed. Location is excellent for kids with pool, pickleball and basketball right outside - and it makes it so you can see them down there as well!I appreciated that they stocked with plenty of paper products, kitchen necessities and shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo. The few minor issues we had, although not taken care of during our stay due to it being on New Year's, were addressed and the owners/managers were super friendly and accommodating. We'd for sure use the property again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Perfect winter getaway! We enjoyed the pool, having bunk beds, the crock pot, blender and board games! I would suggest getting a can opener and new soap dispensers for the kitchen. Looks like they were refilled with dish soap and don’t work well. Laundry basket was full as well, would have been nice to have it empty. Also some tin foil, gallon storage bags and more paper towels would have been a great extra touch in the kitchen.

Almost great

Everything was great. With the exception of the front door is really difficult to open. The batteries in most of the TV remotes were dead. The most frustrating thing was the pool hours were short. They said they were open till 9, but the gates locked at 8. Everything else was perfect. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it was. We will go back time and time again.

Great location but not clean

The property location was perfect especially for mountain biking. There were trails right out the front door. The staff at the pool were great. The property however was filthy, we had to wash the towels before we could use them they smelled like mildew, one bed had bloody sheets with a crayon in the bed, the couch was full of crumbs and lip gloss. There was a terrible stench every time you turned the sink on. I think it was mold under the dishwasher. It was annoying to have to clean up so we felt comfortable staying there. I have pictures of how dirty it was but it won’t let me upload them here.

Kristin, This review is very concerning to me. I have had the condo completely deep cleaned upon its publication. The bloody sheets were removed and disposed of. Unfortunately, the prior guests completely violated my policy and procedures. This was very disheartening to me as I feel that the condo is my home. We have reviewed and changed our cleaning procedures to ensure that this does not happen again.

Okay stay

The address and directions given sent me to a dead end road in the middle of the night. I finally typed in the name of the resort and it gave me accurate directions. The place was okay clean but it was dusty in quite a few places and the rubber was coming off the door. It was lucky not all of us went to the pool. There were only 4 pool towels so if more want to go make sure you pack extras. First time user so wasn't sure what to expect. Had to go buy soap for showers because I didn't bring any and there was none in the shower. Couldn't access the wifi because we weren't given the password. Check out instructions were not available and we had to leave early because we has baseball games all morning. It was a nice stay but there were a few difficulties.

Sunset Point Review

The property was clean and tidy. Family enjoyed the pool and view. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. List of things that would have made it a 5 star stay: better mattresses in bedrooms, spare air mattresses that aren't defective, thin walls - could hear neighbors. the most concerning thing was their renters agreement. You're signing away all rights and protection for yourself. It even surprised my legal advisor. You don't learn about it or see it until after you book your stay. The fine print also reads that they have access to your credit card for 90 days after your stay. I wanted to cancel, but I booked too close to the stay. You should also know that this property is on the third floor. Getting our luggage and supplies to our room was challenging. They only have one elevator for the entire property - stairs in three locations. Parking was extremely tight if you wanted to avoid walking far. Finally, the address they provide doesn't work on google maps. I located the address for the property just south of us, and that at least got us close. We then had to drive around for several minutes, and ask directions, to know exactly where we could park and where we needed to go.

Great place and will stay again

This was a large and beautifully furnished condo. The view was breathtaking. I loved how large it was and that there were 2 king beds. The room with bunk beds was great to have for all the kids. Plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. It was about 10 min from most things we needed. But at the same time was nice to be further from the freeway, noise and mounds of people. I wa s only sad that they didn’t have the fountains going at the pool, as well as the water umbrella in the pool. The pictures showed it; and I was hoping for that for our kids. Alas, we still will stay here again if we come back to visit.
