Here, you will find a plethora of seating and lounging options for taking in a meal or sunbathing while catching up on your reading. Inside, cool tile flooring throughout the unit offers a needed respite during the warmer weather months, while the charming décor and furnishings will keep you feeling comfortable year-round.



Step through the front door and right into the bright and airy floorplan. A living room with a large sofa offers the opportunity for ultimate relaxation, whether you are enjoying the outdoor views from the connected balcony or the indoor views from the large, mounted smart TV. This space transitions effortlessly into the dining area featuring an elegant dining room table with seating for 8. Enjoy takeout or a home cooked meal prepared just past the dining room in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Here, you will find all standard appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and a large picture window so you don’t miss out on any of the action.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and 2 additional folding cots allowing a total of 10 guests.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with large vanity and walk-in shower. The room also offers direct access to the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes 4 twin size beds in a bunk format.



The home also has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Pool is closed during winter months. Hot tub remains open all year long.

Washer and dryer in unit.

This unit is a walk-up unit - no stairs for entry.

Parking lot in front of unit available – first come first serve.

Per HOA request, grills are not allowed on the property. Charcoal grills are available for guest use at the nearby clubhouse. 



Tranquil Views is in Sports Village Resort, with a range of onsite amenities for your enjoyment including family and lap pools, splash pad, hot tubs, pavilion with tables and charcoal grills, pickleball, tennis, basketball, sand volleyball, and shuffleboard, all outdoors. Indoors, hit the weight room or gym, or enjoy additional games of racquetball, miniature golf, pool, air hockey, and ping-pong.



St. George is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its proximity to several major parks including Snow Canyon State Park (18 minutes), Red Cliffs National Conservation Area (25 minutes), and Zion National Park (1 hour) where all manner of outdoor adventures can be found. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or visit the one-of-a-kind entertainment scene of Las Vegas just under 2 hours away.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
