**Marine Surf Waikiki is undergoing an exterior building improvement project through Spring–Summer 2026. During this period, the pool is closed. Lanai access is expected to be restricted for about 3-4 months starting on February 9th (subject to change).**

The location and parking were excellent! Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. The place has also been recently redecorated, giving it a more Hawaiian feel and atmosphere.
