LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION, 100 FEET FROM WAIKIKI BEACH in WAIKIKI BEACH WALK. Beach walk is a UP SCALE
area with 5 star hotels, restaurants, boutiques, shop, cafes and entertainment. I have a Studio room that can sleep up to 4 with a mini kitchen. The Imperial is a timeshare/hotel resort with 7 night minimum stays. Your Studio room will have 2 maid services days and daily garage pick up. The Mini kitchen has a convection microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cups and utensils. You will have a dinning table with seating for 4 bathroom, Most rooms have a Queen Bed ( a few have a Double Murphy Bed ) and all also have sleeper sofa. Your room will have a wall safe, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hair dryer.The heated pool is located on the roof with Lounge chairs and tables and ice machine. The 2nd floor has a gym, sauna, hot tub, and housekeeping where you can exchange towels and check out kitchen items. The 3rd floor has a co- op laundry and ice machine. Off the Lobby is computers with printers, 24 hr Denny’s restaurant and ABC grocery/ variety store with a full deli.

Great host

The property is as described. In the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to everything. Very fairly priced. Great place for families. The Host was very responsive and send us lists of things to do. This is a very budget friendly way to stay at Waikiki and I would definitely do it again.

Great little studio a block from the beach

This is a studio in the Imperial Waikiki Resort, which run partly as a hotel with various sized suites and rooms and partly as individual owned condos. I had a great time here and Don was very accommodating to my request for extension of my stay by another day. The location is great, a block from the beach. There's a serviceable kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave and the kitchen sink. There's no stove but you can check out a hot plate from house-keeping that does the job for making eggs for breakfast. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for light cooking. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget.

Great location

This is a perfect location! Just steps to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Also close to a beautiful park and path along the beach perfect for jogging. Easy access to bus. Don was a great host-kind of like visiting a friend- he was kind and attentive to any questions or concerns. My only criticism: the mattresses and pillows are lumpy! Need to be replaced

Excellent location in a beautiful area

This property was in a great location, it was very clean, exactly as shown and the owner provided a list of attractions nearby. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a good and reasonable place to stay located right by Waikiki Beach. We fully enjoyed the trip.

Location, amenities, friendly staff

Communication with host was like an uncle who wanted to make sure you knew everything about where you were and what there was to do. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Comfortable studio, Murphy Queen and pull out bed get put away and its a worthwhile living room. Smart tv, large sink, mini fridge, microwave, towles, pillows, no signs of bugs or mold. Hot tub, pool, sauna. Can see the beach kinda off the porch. Lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Go towards downtown for cheaper surfboard rentals (15 minute walk). $35/day valet parking was nice (must pay to park in Waikiki, a lot of lots are full and you end up double paying because there are no spots left). Highly recommended reservation.

Fantastic stay in Waikiki

From the start, the property owner was very informative and gave a lot of hints of attractions and places in and around the property. The room was excellent as was the location. The beach as in a very short walk from the property. I would recommend this property to friends and anyone else that is looking for a nice place to stay. As mentioned, the property owner was a great help in planning eateries and methods of getting around the island.

Amazing host and stay!!

Don and his wife were great hosts and very helpful during the entire process. They were willing to answer any questions and Don even gave me a call to introduce himself and answer any questions since this was my first time in Hawaii. The place was very clean and above all else the Location Location Location is the best. Just steps away from the beach with a abc store right underneath. It was the perfect spot and close to a bus station. Highly recommend!!
