Guest access:
Guests have full access to all areas of our 5-bedroom home, including the themed bedrooms, living spaces, fully-equipped kitchen, and outdoor pool area. The only exception is an outdoor locked owner's closet by the pool that is not accessible to guests.

The property offers ample space for relaxation and fun, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family or group. You'll have the entire home to yourself, ensuring privacy and convenience during your magical getaway!

Other things to note:
-Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. This schedule helps us ensure that the home is impeccably clean and ready for each guest. While we pride ourselves on accommodating the needs of every guest, we also respect and value our cleaner's time. As such, an additional charge of $50 may be assessed for every half hour guests stay beyond the agreed upon check-out time.
-Please be aware that this is a self-catering property. We will provide some initial supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher detergent, but you will need to stock up on such items as your stay goes on.
-The home is equipped with a keyless entry system, making check-in and check-out smooth and contact-free.
-Free High-Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Network and password details will be provided before check-in.
-The home includes a driveway with private parking spaces. PLEASE NOTE THAT STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED Overnight! (The neighborhood has been cracking down on this lately and we don't want any problems for our guests.)
-With the community playground area just a 30 second walk away, we have provided guests with a basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, football, and pickleball set. These can be found in the front hallway closet. Please be respectful to future guests and return these items in good condition before checking out.
-All bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
-For the safety of our guests and property, external security cameras are in place at the entrances. No cameras can see inside the house or screened in pool area.
-The pool area is a highlight of our property.
Children must be supervised at all times, and there is no lifeguard on duty. In lieu of a pool fence, we have a pool alarm attached to the sliding back door that leads to the pool area. Upon your arrival, this alarm will be activated to sound when the door is opened. **Please see our Liability Waiver in the House Rules section before booking**
-The pool is serviced weekly. Our pool guy never comes in the house, but does need to access the screened-in pool area. The process is quiet and usually takes only a few minutes.
-While we love pets, our home is not pet-friendly so that we may accommodate guests with allergies.
-Our property is smoke-free. Please note that an extra fee will be charged should this rule be violated.
-Please respect the residential nature of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
-When passing through Platform 9 3/4 and entering the movie/game room, please note that the light switches are to the far left of the room.
-Please be aware that our internet hub/router is located under the light switches in the corner of the game room. Please take caution not to disturb this device!
-While we hope and trust that all our guests will treat the home with care, we must note that any damage to the property, including the themed murals, artwork, or decor, will result in a charge for repairs or replacements. Our aim is to maintain the enchanting and pristine condition of Enchanted Oasis for all to enjoy.
-Please note that our home currently has only two bathrooms, along with an outside shower. Plans are in place to add additional bathrooms later this year. We apologize for any inconvenience, but want to be clear about this so that guest can make informed choices.
