Our 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom private home has a southeast facing pool that overlooks the nearby conservation area, creating a quiet and PRIVATE outdoor oasis. The perfect spot for enjoying a full day of Florida sunshine.
Our previous guests have enjoyed the extra lawn space from our over-sized lot...perfect for some outdoor playtime tossing a football or frisbee!

The entire house has been renovated with upscale finishes and furnished with first-class amenities. Throughout the home you'll find special touches that we hope you and your family will enjoy.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT:
The first floor offers an amazing ARCADE GAME ROOM that can easily be closed off from the main living space.
Your entire group will enjoy a wide range of gaming options that are updated regularly! Try your skill at one of the three classic ARCADE gaming systems, loaded with multiple popular games that appeal to all ages. Or enjoy challenge a friend to a game on our classic preloaded Nintendo console!
Take a look at our special play area for the littles in your group, located in the dining area. Your little ones will enjoy their own "right-size" craft table, books, and board games.
OR...Select your favorite classic movie from our DVD collection and cozy up in the living room for a Family Movie Night!

ROOM TO GATHER:
The open kitchen and dining area create the perfect space for socializing with others in your group. With counter seating for four and table seating for 10, there's plenty of room to gather, share a meal, or enjoy a family game night!
(Booster seat also provided for our younger guests)

OUTDOOR SPACE:
From the kitchen and dining area, move outside to the enclosed private LANAI and POOL. Relax poolside in our comfortable Adirondack chairs or use the complimentary grill to get started cooking dinner. Pool toys and towels are provided for your enjoyment.
Behind our house you'll see the surrounding conservation area, providing a truly private oasis! This open space is also perfect for outdoor games like tossing a football or frisbee!

COMFORTABLE ROOMS:
All bedrooms have been furnished with their own unique Disney themes, creating a fun and engaging experience for your group. Ceiling fans and extra pillows/blankets are available in each room.

OTHER INFORMATION:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT - Once your reservation request has been submitted, we will send you a Rental Agreement. This agreement must be completed and signed no later than 14 days from your reservation request in order to confirm and finalized your reservation.
• PARKING - Our driveway can easily accommodate 2 mid-sized vehicles or 3-4 small vehicles. Street parking is available in front of our house for up to 2 additional vehicles. A complimentary overflow parking lot is available at the main clubhouse.
• POOL HEAT - If you plan to use the pool or spa during the cooler season, we recommend turning on the heater. An additional fee of $35 per day will be applied to your rental. (Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)
