Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you have specific arrival or departure needs, and we`ll do our best to accommodate.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we request no smoking inside, no pets, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Electricity Usage: Please note that electricity consumption is monitored and charged based on actual usage to encourage environmental conservation. We provide a daily allowance that covers typical use, with any excess billed at the end of your stay.

Water Usage: While water usage is included, we kindly ask our guests to use water responsibly to help us in our efforts to conserve this precious resource.
