Located in a private and secure residence in the heights of Maeman, this luxurious villa enjoys an exceptional 180 ° panoramic sea view on the paradisiacal islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Anghtong Marine Park and the bays of Bophut and Bangrak.

The villa also overlooks at 220m high a splendid coconut grove and the lush jungle of Koh Samui which makes it a perfect place for peace, calm and relaxation.

You can enjoy this impressive sea view from each of the 5 bedrooms of the villa as well as from each bathroom, also including 2 additional outdoor showers.
All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with flat screen TVs with internet access, the main suite has a large library available to travelers (no TV).

High speed WIFI access is available in all rooms of the house.

The spacious indoor and outdoor lounge will allow you to relax or possibly watch a video on the large curve screen (many channels from around the world) or listen to music thanks to the Bose audio system available to customers (DVD and CD available also).

The large and modern open kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with a magnificent wooden counter that can be used for breakfasts or aperitifs, opening onto the infinity pool which mixes its blue colors with the sea and the sky.

We offer a professional service with cleaning every 3 days (change of sheets and towels and complete cleaning of the house every 7 days) in the price.
Breakfast can be prepared by a professional chef and served each morning on request at an additional cost.

We also offer on request (additional cost), a Thai chef (midday and evening), baby sitting, massage, dry cleaning, vehicle or taxi rental and booking of tourist activities or organization of your airport transfer (around 25 euros for 5 people with luggage per trip).

Our staff will be happy to assist you with any request (English, Thai).

The view is absolutely gorgeous! The place is clean and the pool was amazing. The drive up is steep and especially the driveway so we would say to just be cautious as you enter the driveway - but well worth it!!!

Rezension fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt in der VillaUnsere Erfahrung in der privat gebuchten Villa war leider durch einige MĂ€ngel getrĂŒbt. Obwohl die Unterkunft auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend wirkte, gab es in mehreren Bereichen deutliche SchwĂ€chen.Negativ:Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig – in mehreren RĂ€umen fanden wir Staub und nicht grĂŒndlich gereinigte OberflĂ€chen vor. Zudem fiel uns in einigen Zimmern ein muffiger Geruch auf, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber gestaltete sich schwierig, da Antworten oft verzögert oder unklar waren. Auch die Beschreibung des Inserates entsprach nicht ganz der RealitĂ€t: Einige der versprochenen Annehmlichkeiten waren nicht oder nur eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzbar, und die Ausstattung war teilweise veraltet. Besonders enttĂ€uschend war das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis, da der verlangte Preis nicht mit dem gebotenen Standard ĂŒbereinstimmte. Der Service ließ ebenfalls zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, da auf unsere Anliegen nur unzureichend eingegangen wurde.Positiv:Dennoch hatte die Villa auch ihre schönen Seiten. Der atemberaubende Blick auf die Umgebung war definitiv ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts und entschĂ€digte fĂŒr einige MĂ€ngel. Auch der Pool war ein echtes Plus – sauber, gut gepflegt und ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.Fazit:Insgesamt konnte uns die Unterkunft leider nicht ĂŒberzeugen. Wer Wert auf eine makellose Unterkunft mit gutem Service legt, sollte sich möglicherweise nach einer Alternative umsehe

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 9 NĂ€chte zu fĂŒnft in der Villa verbracht. Anfangs gab es ein paar Probleme mit der Sauberkeit - vor allem das Geschirr - was aber relativ schnell gelöst wurde. Vanessa war immer gut erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Die unteren drei Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung und nur wenig muffig, dafĂŒr, dass sie unter dem Pool liegen. Die Poolpumpe ist sehr laut. Der Poolboy half uns, die Poolpumpe anders zu timen, so dass ein Ausschlafen dann gut möglich war. Die oberen zwei Schlafzimmer sind grandios. Die ĂŒberdachten Terassen sind genial. Es gibt immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen und durch die Höhe weht immer ein Wind, so dass es hier oben immer kĂŒhler ist, als unten am Strand. Dadurch ist auch der Pool ziemlich kĂŒhl, was aber fĂŒr uns ok war. Am besten ist natĂŒrlich die Aussicht- der Wahnsinn!!! Ansonsten gab es kaum Insekten rund um die Villa, was sehr angenehm war. Wir wĂŒrden gern wiederkommen!

Island paradise !

Our 2 week stay in this villa over Christmas and New Years was absolutely excellent. The views are outstanding and an absolute pleasure to wake up to and eat your breakfast to and same for the evening meal. We had the chef prepare most of our meals which were delicious and without fault......I would highly recommend people to make use of this service. The rooms were all great, we had 4 kids running around and there were no problems for them as well. The pool also got plenty of use every day. You definitely require a 4WD for this villa. The location on the hill adds to the appeal as you are a short drive from some great beaches and restaurants however when you are back in the villa you feel away from the hustle and bustle and you can just relax back in peace and quiet and enjoy the views! We will definitely hope to be back one day!

Maison extraordinaire avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle.

Les photos sont en deçà de la réalité ! La vue est époustouflante avec un panorama à 190 degré qui plonge sur la mer et les ßles. La maison est neuve et trÚs bien conçue et agencée. Il ne manque rien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits de bonnes qualités. Les 2 salles de bain à l'étage avec les douches à l'extérieur sont magiques. Idem pour les chambres du bas avec vue mer. La piscine à débordement avec cette vue est tout simplement extraordinaire. Le service est impeccable et professionnel. Nous avons dßner sur la terrasse et le chef est top. C'était délicieux pour des prix super corrects. Jessica est super pro et joignable à tout moment. Un grand merci et nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Overpriced, uncomfortable, in need of refurbishment. Unlike any Thailand stay before. Don’t book!!!

The main part; 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen is good but if you have the misfortune of staying downstairs then you’re in for a shock. The 3 bedrooms downstairs are accessed outside, from going underneath the pool along a walkway that had rats and geckos wandering about, this was particularly loud at night with lots of creatures running around in the loft space, so much so that one of the many workmen we had in heard it, said they were rats and called an exterminator in, not what you want on holiday. The showers downstairs aren’t sealed along the bottom so water continually pours out resulting in a permanently wet towel to soak it up. The beds are rock hard, no give whatsoever and you’re given 1 very lumpy flat pillow. All the towels are very thin and pool towels very stained. Everything from wardrobes, towels, sun beds, furnishings kitchen utensils etc is done on the cheap with basic item, the kitchen isn’t particularly well stocked. This wasn’t what we were expecting for the price we’d paid, which was a lot. Upon arriving the dishwasher stank and was filled with water, we attempted to use it but it was clearly broken, not washing, not draining etc The gas BBQ was completely rusted with a very large hole on the grill and wouldn’t turn on, clearly broken before we got here, when we contacted the owner she agreed, showing she knew about it, why didn’t she get it fixed then? She got her manager to get another BBQ, this COAL BBQ was built by him on our 5th day. 4 different workmen came in over the first few days to try and fix the dishwasher, eventually taking it away as it was unfixable. The owner said we could have maid service everyday and to leave the dishes, this was ok but still resulted in a near constant sink full of dirty dishes and usually running out of clean glasses as the maids came in once a day. We had some strong winds and rain for the first few days which resulted in power loss, lights flickering, loss of WiFi and air conditioning units bleeping. The flickering lights was dangerous as our son is epileptic, so we asked the owner to refund the remaining days so we could go elsewhere, nowhere else had reduced power, she refused which resulted in a very worrying, dangerous and not relaxing stay. You need a 4 x 4 to access the villa as it’s extremely steep, you can’t walk to anything. We contacted HomeAway several times but had no reply. The owner paid for our electric consumption by way of an apology.

Epoustouflant !!

Qu'elle vue époustouflante, hypnotisante qui vous laisse sans voix tout au long du sejour, quelque soit la piece de la maison. Quel endroit merveilleux pour passer ses vacances. La maison est située dans une residence securisée, tres calme à 2 mns en scooter des plages, des commerces et de bons petits restaurants. Elle est trÚs bien équipée, tres propre et les chambres, sdb spacieuses ainsi que la piece de vie. La grande terrasse ombragée permet de partager de bons moments de farniente ! Anna nous a reservé un tres bon accueil et reste aux petits soins tout le long du séjour. Un petit coin de paradis à revivre !!

Une villa de rĂȘve avec vue paradisiaque

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis merveilleux en tous points, l'accueil est tres agréable et la villa, située sur les hauteurs de l'ßle mais proche de la mer, possÚde une vue mer comme nous n'en avons jamais vu ! C'est une maison récente et parfaitement équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire, nous la recommandons vraiment que vous soyez entre amis ou en famille.

Un endroit merveilleux pour passer des vacances. La villa est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e , propre et les chambres ainsi que l'espace vie est magnifique. Excellente literie et une vue mer de tous les endroits de la maison. Anna vous fait de top petit dĂ©jeuner et est aux petits soins tout le long du sĂ©jour. Le quartier et les plages Ă  2 mn de voiture ou scooter est trĂšs sympa avec des petits restos excellents. ExpĂ©rience Ă  revivre. Un vĂ©ritable endroit de rĂȘve.
