Mountains and Saltwater Pool

Experience vacation at Cliffside, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat in Mesquite. This single-story house features high-end furnishings, a 19'x45' private saltwater outdoor pool and a built-in hot tub, 3 Smart TVs including a 77" LG OLED, and stunning mountain views. Keep busy with outdoor games, Xbox, boardgames, and puzzles. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite foods, and there are enough dishes to serve your whole group. Beat the heat with central air, shaded windows, and blackout curtains.



Step into this breathtaking one-story home with 11.5' ceilings and 8' doors lending to an open floor plan perfect for entertaining.

Three bedrooms allow ample space for larger groups.

Room one has a King sized bed and a twin rollaway cot. It also has an en suite bathroom.

Room two has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom.

Room three is set up with two twin over full bunk beds with a pack-n-play available.

A queen sized blow up air mattress and bedding is available for all stays.

The guest bathroom is split with a door to separate the bathtub/shower/toilet from the sink.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, cooktop, air fryer, Instant Pot, CrockPot, coffee station (drip and k-cup), a sizable pantry, and so much more.

Outside you can really relax with luxurious poolside amenities while enjoying your mountain view. Including various lounging chairs, a dining area, a propane operated fireplace, and BBQ grill. The pool has a stay-cool deck with an option for heating (available March - October for an additional fee). Yard games are also available with a generous outdoor playing area!

All guests will have access to the entire home, all outdoor amenities, and the oversized, three-car garage. There is one indoor closet and two cabinets in the garage that are locked for owner use.

For your security, there are 6 exterior, outward facing cameras.



This home is close to golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores; you won't find a better place to stay.

This house is absolutely Beautiful with Beautiful view. It had enough room for our entire family. The Owners where wonderful to deal with the were very responsive. Looking forward to out next trip. Will definitely stay here again! again!!

A great family get away!

This place is amazing. I think we enjoyed the pool the most, but the house is equally fun. Lots of family games to play. Very comfortable beds and overall lounging areas. All in all i would stay here again in a second!!!

Mesquite Golf Vacation Experience.

We enjoyed every aspect of the rental property from the heated pool/hot tub, spacious backyard with lounging areas, gas fire and bean bag game. The house was perfect with the garage area for storing our clubs and had lots of room for sleeping and entertaining. We would definitely book again in the future.

Mesquite Golf

Stayed here for a golf tournament with customers. Super nice and clean property. Plenty of beds and room to hang out in the living room. We would book here again for sure. Can't go wrong with this one.

This is an amazing place to stay. It was everything the pictures and description said it was. The house is in amazing shape, the property is spotless. The only thing they should do is put a roll away bed in every closet, those alone are big enough to be bedrooms. It was a great place. Mesquite Gem, Perfect for Families!

We had an excellent stay in Mesquite at this property. I'm an experienced VRBOer and this home was one of the best I've ever stayed in. Here are some of the most important things to our family that may be helpful to others:-Check in process was simple, very smooth and Sarah (host) was super responsive (less than 5 min response to my texts); -The home was very clean when we arrived, everything was ready for us to start enjoying the home and backyard;-Information was easy to find (they prepared a welcome book w/ all needed info, labeled all relevant things in the home);-Furnishings were in good repair, comfortable and clean;-Kitchen supplies and utensils were more than adequate, allowing us to be able to cook all the meals we needed and clean up easily;-Overall layout of the home and design allowed for comfortable separation and gathering as desired;-The backyard and spa were perfect for enjoying the January sunshine; We will definitely keep this property saved as a favorite for future trips to Mesquite and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a family or a larger group.

Golf Trip Perfection

Eight of us flew into Mesquite for a golf trip and could not have found a better place to stay. The house was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t come up with anything bad to say without lying. It checked off every single box on our list. If we go back to Mesquite in the future for more golf, I won’t bother looking elsewhere. This is where we’ll be staying every time.

Mesquite Stay

Great stay! Location was a big plus, close to the fields for my grandson’s football games ,10 minutes from a super WalMart to help stock up on food and groceries Grandkids loved the heated pool and jacuzzi even though it was winter! Sarah(owner) made it a “5 star” experience for us! Would recommend this stay for family vacations Great experience!

Amazing Experience

This was the first time we rented a VRBO. Amazing property and location. Brand new and had everything as described. Very clean, great location a d perfect for families. The owners were friendly and great to work with. Highly recommended.
