Amazing views! High end, large home on Falcon Ridge Golf Course. Professionally decorated and furnished, and distinguished in design. with suburb location featuring 8 beds, and 4 full bathrooms.
This Unique 3100 sq ft town home has two patios that have the best views of any home in Mesquite. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and three full baths. The lower floor which is a walkout, ground level, consists of a large two bed bedroom with two queen size beds, as well as a large family room, with two full size beds located in the family room. The lower floor also has its own private full bathroom. Both levels of the home has its own large patio overlooking the tenth and the eighteenth fairways of the gorgeous Falcon Ridge Golf course. The furnished patios are shaded in mid-day and afternoon with marvelous north, east and southern view from an elevated plateau.
A fully stocked beautiful kitchen, a wonderful living room with marvelous elevated views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a door leading to the patio and attached bathroom with shower and separate tub and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a designated bathroom as well. The third bedroom and bathroom has two full sized beds with a full bathroom making another master suite, with third outdoor patio with two padded chairs. The fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds and another full bath. In the game room, there are 2 full sized beds. All bedrooms have TVs, and game room does too.
I have been in the vacation rental business in Mesquite for 16 years. I own two other 4 bedroom vacation homes in Mesquite, and I just purchased this home. 13 years ago I considered buying this home when it was built. I fell in love with it, but didn't pull the trigger at that time. Thankfully I got my second chance and I'm in love with it again. For the traveler that wants the best lodging experience Mesquite can offer, I am confident you will love it too.
The home is less than a two minute walk to Scotty's Bar and Grill and the Falcon Ridge Golf Course.
RENTAL RULES: No Smoking, No Pets. No large house parties, events or family reunions with a limit 12 of people.

Family, Travel, Golf and Skiing are my passions. My wife and I have owned and managed vacation homes in Mesquite for 15 years. It was the fantastic golf courses and warm weather that sold us on our first vacation home in Mesquite.
Why they chose this property
12 years ago, I loved this home the first time I walked into it. Then I saw the view out the back of the home and was further infatuated. I made a mistake and didn't buy it then, fortunately I got a second chance recently and corrected that error.
What makes this property unique
The view from inside the home and patios is simply breathtaking. There is not a home in Mesquite that has a more stunning view. The home is spacious and is professionally decorated.
