Welcome to our serene lakefront vacation home! Newly renovated, our spacious 2600+ sq ft retreat offers breathtaking views of the lake inside and out. Rain or shine, enjoy family fun with a variety of games and local activities. This home has been fully renovated and completed in 6/2024. Lots of custom details were included in the renovation keeping functionality in mind. The whole house is hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a large island that sits 6 and also a round dining table with an additional 6 seats. The basement has a theater section with recliner couches and large 86" screen TV; the other section has a foosball table and dart board. Out-doors we have a hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, Giant connect-4, pool table, and cornhole games. The home also features a screened-in porch off of the deck, which is great for eating, reading, or meditating; especially on a rainy day.
Upstairs we have a master bedroom with private full bath (shower) with a King Bed, then 2 hall bedrooms that share a full bathroom (bathtub) (one BR with a Queen bed and the other BR with 2 Twin Bunkbeds), Main level has 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom (shower) (one BR with a King bed and the other BR with 2 Queen Beds). Main level has full sized laundry as well.
We have a water front property with a small beach area, right in our backyard, that kids can play in (very shallow, about 2' deep for 25'-30') or a great place to enter the lake for Kayaking (on-site Kayaks & Sup board) or to cool down on a tube. We don't have a dock off of our water front but we do have a private boat slip about 4 houses down (maybe a 5min walk) at our community marina, which also has a park area for lounging. We do have a 15 passenger Tritoon boat available to rent; if interested ask for details. We are on the Public side of the lake in the section that is known to have the best finishing spots.
