With lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and offers ideal access to the highway with a 7 minute drive into Historic Main Street in Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake Airport.
Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, Lakeside 96 offers 2,600 square feet built for family entertainment.
