Optional Extras
• Pool Heat: $50 per day
Must be added for the full stay and requested at least 5 days before check-in so the pool is warm and ready for your family.
• BBQ Grill: $70 per stay (propane refill not included).

House Rules (for everyone’s comfort)
• This is a smoke-free home.
• No pets allowed. Violations will result in a minimum $400 fee to maintain a clean, allergen-friendly environment for all families.

Starter Supplies
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• Hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom
We recommend bringing additional toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning items to suit your family’s needs.

Housekeeping
• The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival.
• Fresh linens and towels are provided.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Excessive cleaning or a required double clean will incur a $100 fee.

Self-Catering Home
• This is a self-catering property. We suggest stopping by a nearby supermarket to stock up on groceries, snacks, and personal items your family enjoys.

Food Policy
• In accordance with Florida law, we cannot leave open food items in the home. Condiments, coffee, and food supplies are not provided.

Travel Insurance
• For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your family’s plans against unexpected changes such as illness or weather.
