Ample, clean, relaxing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom Penthouse Villa in a gated community with ocean views. Condo is fully equipped with everything needed for a great vacation for 7 people. 30 min east of San Juan & SJU Airport, close to El Yunque rain forest, Luquillo beach, Carabali Adventure park, Ferries to nearby islands, Ziplining & many more tourist destinations. Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families & groups. Note due to erosion beach may be inaccessible during stay.
Located in a gated community with security. Ocean views, 2 car parking, 2 pools, Gym, Tennis court, Basketball court, beach access and small child recreation areas.
Guest access - Guest can access all amenities with master key. (Note, $60 fee if lost)
Other things to note - Puerto rico is experiencing a lot of erosion. Beach access is sometimes closed due to conditions. This access is beyond our control. We are close to many other beaches and provide beach chairs and towels for your use.

Great ocean view condo

Our family of five just completed a weeklong stay at this property, it was clean, well appointed, had great views of the ocean. We especially enjoyed having both a front balcony and a back balcony as well as a rooftop patio all offering us lots of room for everybody to spread out and soak up the sun while listening to the ocean waves. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing

10 out of 10 . Accurate photos and the host has every single thing you need for two days or a week. This place was very very clean, and the host was amazing. Would definitely return my kids felt at home.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at the ocean front penthouse. It is a very nice condo and has all the amenities and more than we needed. The a/c is only in the bedrooms - the living room and kitchen have fans and normally a cross breeze from the ocean - but it did get warm a few times. The rooftop patio is absolutely amazing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We enjoyed driving to many of the nearby beaches, hiking El Yunque waterfalls, snorkeling at Culebra with East Island Excursions, scuba diving with Sea Ventures and restaurants in Fajardo and San Juan. - approx 35-45 mins in each direction depending on traffic.

This is our home away from home that allows us to share the the wonders of the island with families from all over the world. We especially like the views of El Yunque on a clear sunny day and the sounds of the waves while having our morning coffee!

Why they chose this property

Loiza is gem conveniently located about 35 minutes from San Juan and short ride from Rio Grande, Luquillo and Fajardo. It starts at Piniones where the scenic route to the Condo takes you along the coast past various beaches and kiosks with the most amazing foods!

What makes this property unique

Definitely the ample rooftop space were you can spend the evening enjoying bbqing on the rooftop grill, lounging on the outdoor Adirondack chairs or swinging on the hammock as the sun sets while watching the waves!
