About this property

Beachfront Views at Malibu Top Level Apartment

Our Top level apartment is located at Malibu complex between SJU airport and the Rain Forest in the northeast side of the island. Enter the apartment and enjoy the magnificent oceanfront view. Nothing between you and the ocean.
The Dining room sits comfortably six guests. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and silverware. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at main level. The Master bedroom faces the Ocean with Queen bed, private bath and TV.
Going up the spiral staircase you find a studio area with TV, futton bed, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. The french and modern doors open to a huge terrace area equipped with a grill and dining set for afternoon cookouts. Sit and relax at night in this area to be amazed by the open sky with lots of stars on clear nights and the soothing sounds of the ocean. All you need to bring is your food groceries, bathing suit and sandals. Our apartment has the rest. Peaceful atmosphere and relaxation awaits for you.

The area around the apartment complex is mainly residential, but it is a short drive from the community of Piñones, a very popular part of Loíza and known for its local restaurants and nightlife. There are also many restaurants and attractions to explore in the nearby towns of Carolina, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo.

Note: The condo is a walk up type. No elevators

Perfect Beach Vacation

First things first, this listing description & photos are 100% accurate! My family loved this condo! The beach was very beautiful and really quiet. You do need a rental car if staying here. We enjoyed restaurants in Pinones and Luquillo area. Driving to Fajardo for snorkeling and to El Yunque was not bad at all. The views from the upstairs balcony were amazing. Great morning coffee time and late evening wind down from the day!

Stunning views and beautiful property

We really enjoyed the fact that the property had a great view of the sea. From the roof patio you could look up into the mountains or turn and see the blue waters of the sea. Very spacious property that was more than comfortable for a family of 5. We also met very nice neighbors from all the buildings. We also loved the location as we weren't far from El Yunque, Liquilo area and Old San Juan. Shopping just up the road. Clean and very luxurious Condo. We were not ready to leave when it was time to go home.

When we first came to PR we decided we wanted to someday live here and our dream became a reality when we found this amazing beach front condo. We fell in love with Malibu. The closeness to the beach is exactly what we always wanted, but never thought we would find such a perfect place. We love to share our space with family and friends and decided we want to share it with the community of adventurous people that want to feel connected with the ocean and looking for a peaceful place to disconnect from everything else. This is our definition of paradise

Malibu Condo is a peaceful place. Is located in a rural area away from touristy crowded places and offers a real local experience with majestic views from almost every corner of the apartment.

Sitting in front of the living room window or open terrace, you don't even need to go outside. The elevated position and closeness to the beach is breathtaking.
