This Oceanfront DOG FRIENDLY Outer Banks vacation rental home "A Carolina Conch" is located at 4203 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 3 3/4. The layout of this home is a traditional 2 living level beach cottage with a ground level entry and a full bathroom. On the 1st level you will find a great room that consist of living area with 1 TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. This area has ocean views from all corners. Enjoy the rolling surf view and expansive ocean views while sitting on the deck chairs of the oceanfront deck. This nicely furnished and well equipped home will make your vacation a comfortable one. Also on this floor is Bedroom #1 which has 2 Single beds and Bedroom #2 which has a Queen bed with 1 TV. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the top level there is Bedroom #3 which has a King Bed and 1TV and Bedroom #4 which has 1 Single bed and 1 Queen bed w/1TV. These 2 bedrooms also share a full bath. The below amenities are provided such as Baby Equipment (pack-n-play & highchair). PETS (dogs only and 2 pet maximum) ARE PERMITTED in this home. Pet Fee is $250 per pet. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. Guest must bring their own bed linen, towels, paper and soap products. Beds all have mattress pads, pillows and bed covering. This home DOES NOT PERMIT SMOKING.

This property and Terry were AMAZING! She was so communicative and helpful. The house was perfect for us and we could have very comfortably fit more than our 5. You would never know that the property was pet friendly as it was so clean on arrival with no trace of pet hair. The beach! There is an amazing view from the deck and a very quick walk over the dune to the beach. We loved watching sunrises and came home with more shells than we know what to do with. The walkway on the beach side of the dune was a little difficult at times with my bad hip but there is an access point right next to the house if it proves to be too much. The people are amazing, the location is perfect, and we had SO much fun!

Perfect Holiday Fun

We stayed for the 4th of July week, great location, loved watching dolphins and sunrises from the back deck. Great to watch fireworks on the beach and no traffic when the celebrations ended. Our hostess is top notch...none better on OBX

Wonderful Vacation!

The house was exactly as described and steps from the beach! Our family of nine (four generations ranging from 1 to 84 and two dogs) found that the house was spacious enough and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was great, and any questions were answered very quickly. Would stay here again!

Pink House

We had a wonderful time in this cute house!! It was perfect for us, 6 adults & 1 toddler. The house was clean & very comfortable. The beach was beautiful & not crowded. We would stay here if we visit again!!!

Perfect week!!

This is the second time we have stayed and this year was even better than the last! The kitchen was well equipped for our seafood nights and Terry was such a gracious host. Another Great Vacation in the Carolina Conch

This home is adorable and has plenty of space. This was the first time we stayed right on the beach and that was so nice- especially with small children. Close to everything- we just ran into some colder weather but otherwise this is a find!!!
