In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private deck. The villa is about a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The living room offers comfortable seating for viewing the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining room features a table for six as well as access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and features dark countertops against white cabinetry and backsplash. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

The first-floor bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The second floor features two additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with double sinks and shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Enjoy relaxing on the villa's back deck, surrounded by Kiawah Island's natural beauty.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Excellent family property

We had an excellent time staying at this Villa. Three generations and all very comfortable. Great location. Well supplied. We have stayed at multiple other properties and this is now our favorite. We will be regulars!

Everything was great except for the fact the dryer does not work. It could be very expensive for owners to operate when you have to run multiple 80 minutes cycle to get a small load dry.

Great cozy updated villa

We stayed for the half marathon and we all thought it was cute and updated. The villa has everything you need in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would rent again!

Only suggestion would be a upgrade on sheets. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything you could ask for. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute!

This place is really cute and perfectly situated for us. It is not a 3 minute walk to the beach (as someone stated) but if you go to number 8 by the Sandcastle, there is a shower when you leave. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

However, the kitchen floor was very spongy and could probably use a new subfloor, the door to the laundry room was coming off the hinges, and it was pretty dirty (VERY dusty and found dirty pans). Also, someone was working on the property throughout the week and we were never notified that this would be taking place.

Comforable Stay in Spacious Townhome!

Loved our stay in this well-appointed townhome. First time to Kiawah Island and the townhome provided the perfect spot for relaxation after hours of bike riding and exploring the island. Our family of 4 could spread out, and there was room to spare.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat this location. We love staying in the West Beach area and this property is very convenient to the beach and paths. The bathrooms were recently updated and each bedroom having its own was a huge bonus. The open kitchen area helped make the living space large. While the property was clean, there are a few areas of improvements that could enhance the stay for guests. For example, the TV in the living room was outdated. That sounds super snotty to say, but we were there during the fall over rivalry football weekend and ended up having to go elsewhere to watch our teams play because the picture was so bad. The bedding could be improved; the sheets on the king bed were pilled. All the enhancements I suggest are purely in terms of luxury. If you're there for the golf or beach and pool and sleep, this is a great choice! And Akers Ellis is top notch in terms of service!

Akers Ellis was wonderful in helping me with some things I forgot. I have always had good experiences working with them.

The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for the six of us. The villa is updated and in the location we prefer. We had a bit of an issue accessing the unit initially because the key code was incorrect but Akers Ellis staff responded promptly and all was good. Overall, a great stay!
