Unique property very close to campus (can walk there) and can even walk to "downtown area." The kitchen area was a little small, but we are the kind that cooks most of our meals (I would imagine many folks stay for a football game or baseball/basketball weekend and don't cook much). The loft space with 2 full beds was handy (and the bathroom up there was a bonus). We really enjoyed the firepit in the back deck as it was COLD during our visit.
