It was a great place to stay. It is very plain from the outside and unassuming but once you get inside it is a clean, comfortable and well decorated house. We enjoyed our college c Visit

The house was adorable, clean and well stocked. Check in was easy, etc. the only thing that we were not happy about is that it is located directly above the county jail. We could literally see inmates playing basketball and hanging out outside straight from the bedroom window. No where in the description is that stated. That should be disclosed.

For consideration: Would suggest that you might consider a few stemless wine glasses (can be bought in set of 4 easily) and some smaller glasses for cocktails as well as small juice glasses (if there are children with parents) And a few extra pods of coffee for a two night stay and the possibility of 2 couples sharing the space on a football weekend. The interior of the property was as described and we enjoyed our time visiting and hanging out. It got even better when we won the game. MSU fans were awesome, helpful, and kind to the visiting team fans… which isn’t always the case at other venues. Thank you!

Quaint Smack Downtown!

We came for a 2 night stay for MSU Band clinic. Picky Teens really liked it! Clise to everything! Clean. It was tricky in locating it. Address is 120 but it’ll take you to 113. A bit of an adventure! We’d stay again.
