This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This 3 story and 5 bedroom house is right by the children’s museum. Enjoy the fire pit and spacious backyard.

The Space:
The property has 5 bedrooms! Outside with fire pit. Garage. Completely remodeled inside with top notch amenities. The 5th bedroom is accessible up steep stairs and not suitable for young kids or the elderly. Due to the historic nature of the home, there is no area for a dining room table. Instead we offer a convenient island suitable for a quick bite to eat. A picnic table is located off the back porch for warmer days.

Clean house, responsive host/team. The space was good for our large group. One less star due to the house having pipes that froze in one shower, attic room heater was cold and not working and the house was drafty. The team was able to get us heaters and they were able to respond to us promptly. Great instructions for checking in and checking out.

The rooms were very clean, I will say I think having a tv in the rooms would help tremendously. We did see some ants however nothing major. The host was very easy to call and did an excellent job responding and helping out. I would also move the refrigerator from being so close to the back door because we’re not able to take out bags of trash without hitting it. Other than that my stay was wonderful

Traveling Through!

Great place if you have pets since the backyard is fenced in. However if you have pets on the small side, make sure you walk the perimeter and confirm your pet can't escape. Host was thorough with the check in directions and responsive to my correspondence. The use of the garage was really helpful with unloading/loading!

Close to the museum

The property was clean upon arrival, as expected. Getting into the property was a breeze and everything worked as it should. The garage was a big plus for this property. We had enough blankets and towels for all of us and I’m sure that if we had needed more we could have contacted the property owner at any time. I had questions, I got solid answers in a timely manner. This property was great for our needs.

Home itself is old, but fine. Main issue with our stay was there was no hot water. We notified the host and they sent someone, who left and never returned, so we did not have hot water our entire stay. We had all traveled to town for an event and no one was able to shower before the event or after, which was incredibly inconvenient. Cleanliness was also lacking- we found mouse dropping in one of the bedrooms and on the extra blanket in the closet. It’s an old home, so not entirely surprising, but extra unfortunate considering we had no hot water to properly clean or wash hands. Host was apologetic, but only issued a small refund (less than 20% of total cost). We travel to Indy fairly often and would never stay here again.
