Very nice home in a spot that was very convenient for my stay. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, downtown is a short uber ride, and the north side is easily accessible via Fall Creek/Binford Blvd. The home is fairly new and is very clean. This is my second stay here, and I'll be staying here again in the future.

Our stay was great, it had plenty of space for 7 adults 2 teenagers and a dog. The home was nice and modern and very clean. We would stay here again.

Great place close to downtown

I spent a week at this property and highly recommend it. It is very new, clean, and tastefully decorated. The street is very pleasant, and the neighbors I encountered were very friendly. The location is perfect—walking distance to a number of restaurants, but a cheap Uber if you want to go downtown.

Perfect location, spacious, and clean!

Everything was as expected and was a perfect spot for a family gathering. Kids enjoyed the foosball on the second level and lots of room for everyone to spread out and visit. Very close to walking trails, children’s discovery museum and gems like Goose the Market just down the street. Bedrooms were spacious, had their own bathrooms and TVs. Nice yard, fenced in for the pups. Property owner was quick to respond to questions. Would 100% book this property again - hit all the marks!

Great House for a Fun Weekend!

This house is perfect for a weekend with friends! Six of us gathered to celebrate and catch up. Layout of home is perfect with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Cheers!

The Hidden Gem

We stayed at the Alabama property for a university graduation. Ages ranged from 20's to 80's. All of us loved the house. It was clean. It was bright. The furniture was up-to-date and it was a convenient location. The beds were comfortable, and bedding, towels, hair dryers, soaps were all provided. The kitchen was well stocked and the backyard was charming. Communication with the host was prompt and detailed. If we ever get back to Indy, we are renting this property again! Don't hesitate!

Newer home, great location

Listing is accurate. When we entered the home, it still smelled new and was very clean. Wonderful to have a house with a fenced yard, AND a garage, AND all within minutes of anything you could want to do downtown. Immediate neighborhood is nice with a walking path along the creek. We were very comfortable in this home and the Host kept in contact. Highly recommend.

Amazing property and host

This house felt BRAND NEW! It was super comfortable, clean, and nicely laid out for our group. We used all 3 bedrooms plus the loft area with the pull out and all beds were great! The hosts sweetly had K-cups for our use which was great since you never know what kind of coffee maker there will be in these properties. I asked a few questions over the course of a few weeks both before and during our stay and the host was VERY quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property!

Amazing place!

Beautiful home. Spacious and very clean. Has all the appliances and dishes you’ll need. Beds are super comfy and I loved that every room has its bathroom. The area was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to everything. My only suggestion to renters, if you are a light sleeper, don’t take the room on the main level cause you will hear every footstep right above you. Other than that the place is great. Garage is a plus too!

Perfect Retreat

This property was absolutely amazing. I was able to bring my grandparents and my parents. My grandparents were able to stay on the bottom floor and not have to worry about stairs. We were able to play games and connect for family time in a safe community. We went for a walk each morning around the neighborhood to get the fresh air And it was probably the most memorable experience with my grandparents I’ve had. Thank you for having an amazing property, all the amenities we could possibly need along with a beautiful and safe place. I would highly recommend it to anybody that’s in the area. I must not forget the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful home!!

We would highly recommend this home - it exceeded our every expectation. The home is extremely spacious - lots of room in the closets, cupboards, etc. and the owners do a wonderful job of providing lots of essentials (including shampoo/conditioner/body wash, kcups for the Keurigs, paper towel, etc.) The two separate living spaces are great (we had fun with the foosball table) and the bedrooms (each with it's own bathroom) made it very easy for the 10 of us to spread out. The location of the home is ideal when visiting Indianapolis - close to everything but located in a quiet, residential area with ample street parking (plus you are able to park two cars in the garage at this home as well). The owners were fantastic in communicating with us - there was a minor problem with the dishwasher before our arrival but they let us know about it and did everything they could to resolve the issue. Our family definitely plans to rent this home again as it provided a truly great location for our family to gather.
