Spacious Third Floor Condo With Pool Views!
This top floor pool-view flat has been beautifully updated and tastefully decorated throughout and is located on the desirable east side of A1A just a short 10 minute stroll to miles of pristine beach. The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas provide ample room to relax after a day of beachcombing or exploring the quaint cobblestone streets of historic, downtown St. Augustine. The primary bedroom has direct access to the private balcony and features a King bed, TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twins plus two fold-away twins, a TV and has a full bathroom just outside it’s door. Other features include ceiling fans throughout, LVP flooring, fully equipped kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. The Villas of Ocean Gate community offers a pool, jacuzzi, gas grille and a beautiful tennis court. Just a short 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine with amazing history to explore and endless dining and shopping options. Small dogs allowed with non refundable pet fee.
