Great location, steps to the beach, space for 5 guests and all of the comforts of your home, this condo in St. Augustine Beach is a great place to plan your next vacation!
I-22 is a recently remodeled condo located on the 2nd floor of building I (elevator accessible). This unit is centrally located between both pools, steps to the grilling area and short stroll to the private beach walkway. Lots of items in the unit available for your use - bedding, towels, beach cart, 3 flat screen tv's, fully-accessorized kitchen, beach chairs, cooler and toys. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, one with a trundle (can sleep 3) and a flat screen TV. There is an additional bathroom off of the second bedroom. From the kitchen you have views of the the dining area and the living room. The living room has a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. Cable and WiFi so you can stay entertained and connected when you're not out enjoying the sand and sun. Watch the breath taking sunsets from the comfort of the couch or private patio. Our unit is not pet friendly. Parking for 2 cars only.
The Ocean Village Club is a gated ocean front condominium complex with two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffle board, grilling area, lending library, fitness center and car wash station! When staying here, you're close to the intercostal waterway, historic St. Augustine, and many local attractions. World-class golf, shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, beach-going, and sightseeing await you!

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
