Relax, Recharge, and Reconnect in Style – Modern Comfort Meets Small-Town Charm
Nice quiet stay where you can enjoy nature and all its natural beauty. Centrally located between North Raleigh & Wake Forest. Driveable distance to Cary, Durham, Garner & Knightdale so that you can enjoy all this area has to offer.
*RV/Boat Parking allowed for additional charges up to 29 days when staying in the home. No RV hook-ups. Only 8 guest allowed to stay in home and use facilities.
For midterm rentals a starter supply of toiletries, hand soap, paper towels and dishwasher detergent will be included. It's several local stores nearby if you need an additional supply. A washer/dryer is available for your use, but laundry detergent is not provided. The home is subject to weekly cleanings, but reasonable cleanliness is expected to prevent rodents/pests and to maintain sanitary living conditions. If left excessively dirty additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Please gather all loose trash into a bag and put in outdoor trash can by back deck. Failure to remove trash from home and refrigerator will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
